My husband and I rented suits from this business for our wedding in March 2008. All the suits were returned or purchased and we have not received our security deposit of 300. We have called numerous times and the manager has not returned the money. The amount was taken from my husbands' account through his debit card and we have not seen the money. The wait is unacceptable. The store has lost its lease and we don't know where they located to another location. The only number I have is the manager's cell phone and I am afraid that he he will soon disconnect that number. Something just doesn't seem right.

My husband and I rented Suits for our wedding from 1800 Tuxedos in March 2008. All the suits were returned or purchased and we have not received our security deposit of 300 back. It was taken out of my husband's debit card and has not been returned. We have spoken to him numerous times and he has promised to put through the deposit but we have not received it back in the account. The store lost its lease and I don't know where they have located to.
I only have the manager's, Pat's cell phone number. The store number used to have information and that has since been disconnected. I am afraid that he will change his cell phone and I will not have any way to contact him. We fullfilled our part of the contract as he should. We deserve our 300 dollars back. Something just doesn't sound right. Please help!
