Paid in full, never received my wedding pictures, videos, albums and everything else from my wedding on October 7, 2007.
Paid 5,000, and never received anything from the most special day of my life.

I contracted Celebration Studios to do photography and videography for my wedding which was on May 5, 2007. I paid in full and signed a contract in advance of that date which entitled me to the following services: one photographer for the entire day of the wedding, a complete set of proofs, a digital set of proofs on cd, one bridal album, two parent's albums, a 5x7 for every member of the bridal party, 3 8x10's, 1 11x14, up to 150 thank you cards, a videographer for the day of the wedding, 3 copies of an edited version of the day including a baby pictures montage, and a honeymoon monatge.
I have received a full set of my proofs and the thank you cards. I have not recieved any other products which are due to me. I am seeking a digital copy of all pictures on a cd and all the raw video footage that was shot the day of my wedding.

I paid upfront in total 2,723.95, for my wedding photography to be held on July 18, 2008. I heard on the news the other night that the business has closed down. I don't think they filed bankruptcy yet.
I would like to know what my options are for having my money refunded.

I went to Celebration Studios on April 14, 2007 to book my photographers and videographer for my September 2008 wedding. I paid 5,800 in cash. I paid in full as they offered a 14% saving if I did so.
I have been trying to reach them and have been unsuccessful. My fiance went to their office to try and speak with someone and it was vacant. It has been all over the news that they scammed 4,000 brides and took all of our money and closed all of their locations and took off. They are nowhere to be found and their phone numbers are either disconnected or take you from one voice mail to another with no useful information. I would like to find them and be fully refunded. Please help.
I have a wedding coming up in September and have to figure out how I am going to come up with the additional funds necessary to hire new photographers and video person.

We paid 4,405.89 in full for a wedding package at Celebration Studios. The videographer and photographer did their job on our wedding day on March 31, 2007. We received proofs, picked out the ones we wanted for our albums, handed in the materials for the video and have not heard a single word from them since. They have gone out of business.
We've lost our money and have no video or albums from our wedding day.

I hired them to do my wedding photography & video. Wedding date 9/22/06. After Numerous phone calls/emails, I finally received our video. It wasn't great, but I received it. I have been trying to get my albums/negatives for almost a year and received nothing, except excuses. Now a year and a half later I am still without wedding photos and out over 4,000.
My wedding was on July 15, 2006. I still have not received my bridal album or 2 parent albums after spending almost 6000.
No phone calls or emails are being returned. I basically lost 6000.

This company is a wedding photography studio. They shot my wedding. I can not get in touch with them by phone or email.
I am aware that they closed down most of their chain of photo studios. I do not know if the owner skipped town or is going bankrupt, but they have my proofs, negatives and unfinished photo album, all of which was paid at the time of the service, April, 2006.
