Ordered items for wedding on 11/13/2008. Portial order was backordered. After multiple promises to ship items, we have not been waiting for a refund since 7/27/09. Refund of $74.90 + $16.95 in shipping and handling.

On May 3,2009 I placed an order for items for a bridal shower i am giving my daughter on May 30th. The order total was $48.10. After several days i attempted to check the status of the order(358908) i was informed there was no order number found.i then proceeded to call the number given on the website and was told all operators were busy, leave a message. I have left to date four messages i have also sent several emails. i have received a response to neither the phone calls nor the emails. JSpira@bankrate.comOn 5/12 I foolishly ordered several more items from this company(order # 360056-$22.14) and now the status of that order is non existant. However, payment for both orders has been debited from my checking account. It is barely 2wks from the shower date and i don't know if i'll have these items or will have to look elswhere quickly.

I placed on order on 04/26/06 and called 2 days after on 04/27/06 and asked for rush delivery. I was informed by the customer service representative, by the name of Rachel, that I was going to receive my order by Friday May 5th or Monday May 8th. On Wednesday May 10th I called the company and inquired about my delivery status, given that I still had not received my package. I was informed after being on hold for 22 miutes that my order had not been shipped. The representative, Rachel, stated that my order was still sitting at their site and as a matter of fact that she was not even sure why it had not been shipped. Especially since I had requested rush delivery. I asked her how long it would take for me to receive my order, and she stated that I would receive it on Monday May 15th. Thereafter I asked her to cancel my order, since I needed the items by the 13th of May.

She said she cancelled my order and so I asked for a cancellation confirmation number and she sounded bewildered. The second time I asked for a confirmation number in order to verify the total amount, $76.43 would be credited to my credit card. She then said, "Oh I guess you can use the same order number." I called a couple of days later to notify them that my credit card had not been credited and I was told it would take a couple of days. On the 29th of May I received a UPS package which contained the items I originally ordered on 04/26/06 and then cancelled on 05/10/06. I called the company and advised them that eventhough I had cancelled my oder I received the package more than I month after the original order was placed. In addition I asked them why I received the package, given that the date I cancelled te order I was specifically stated by the Representative, Christine, that my order was still sitting at the site and had not been shipped. My question was, " why was the ordered shipped, if I had cancelled it while the order was still at the site." She was unable to provide me an answer and asked me to simply return the order using the return label, provided inside the package, and once the company received my order I would get my full refund. She ended the call by apologizing for the inconvinience.

I shipped the item, on May 30th. Thereafter I've been trying to get in contact with the company in order to have my credited card credited with the full amount, $76.43. No one provided me answers. My calls were never returned. The only 2 times I was able to speak to a rep., I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes and thereafter I'm told no one is available to help my with me query. On Monday July 10th I was able to speak to Christine, who had advised me that only the credit department within the company would be able to assist me. I told her that I left messages on and off up to that date and no one had returned my calls. As a matter of fact I was told to call back. Finally on Wednesday July 12th I spoke to Christine, and I asked to speak to the manager/owner/ceo, anyone who at that point hoped would be the best option to express my concern in regards to my credit refund. She placed me on hold and then told me she spoke to her supervisor and he stated that I would get my full refund that same day, July 12th. The next day on Thursday July 13th, I checked my credit card account and noticed that there was no change in my credit. I called me bank and informed them about my situation and they advised me to give it 2 or 3 days. I called my bank on Monday July 17th and my account remained intact. I called the Favor Wharehouse, Inc. and was unable to speak to anyone, and that is why I decided to report this inconclusive incident.
