Product was not delivered until 8 days after purchase and did not include what was promised. I have made several attempts to contact the company leaving numerous messages and have never received a call back. I paid $399 for the product and did not get what was promised. I have also contacted the manufacturer of the software (Medisoft.com) and they indicated that they no longer distribute to this company due to their practices and haven't for over a year. When I advised them that I had just purchased this software I was told that they must be reselling returned product. I was also given a money back guarantee but am afraid to return the product because the person at Medisoft (software company) indicated that MBA Healthcare is not refunding people's money and then reselling the product to someone else. I have contacted my credit card company, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Businness Bureau via the internet and now I am contacting you. These people need to be stopped. Not to be cruel but the best way to stop these people is to stop giving them money. Before "investing" in something like this, why not call a couple of doctors and ask if they are outsourcing any of their billing? |
