I have been enjoying using Vivid Seats more than other platforms. It’s easy to use and love their reward system! I also find concerts slightly cheaper on this platform. I will continue using Vivid seats going forward.

The website is not very user friendly. The process is quick but it would be helpful if there was a live person to assist. There's only so many questions available on the website to resolve purchasing problems.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience; however, the one suggestion I would make is regarding the timing of ticket delivery. If you know that you will be going out of town or unavailable, I would greatly appreciate tickets being delivered earlier rather than waiting until the day before. Receiving them sooner would help reduce stress and provide additional peace of mind, especially when trying to plan ahead or make arrangements in advance.
In addition, I think it would be extremely helpful to have access to a live customer service agent at times. While online systems and automated responses can be convenient, there are situations where speaking directly with someone would make communication much easier and allow questions or concerns to be addressed more efficiently. Having the option to speak with a live representative would greatly improve the overall customer service experience and provide reassurance when assistance is needed. Buying theater tickets from resellers can be more difficult than buying sports seats. When you look at the various sellers of theater tickets, some tell you the actual seat number, but some only tell you what row you're in without telling you where in the row. In many theaters, the row extends all the way to the very side of the theater, including obstructed view seats. You can see many of what appear to be the same tickets on several reseller's websites, but I am very reluctant to buy from a reseller who does not give sufficient detail to assure me that I am not buying an obstructed view or side of the theater seat.
Vivid provided the best compromise. It told me that the seats I was buying were in the center Orchestra and the price was a shade higher than the resellers who don't give you any detail at all, and significantly lower than the retailers who give you exact seat numbers in addition, once I bought the seats, I received my actual tickets in under two minutes. All in all, a very professional transaction, and I was never worried that I might not be getting the tickets that I thought I had purchased.

Ordering process was smooth and easy, but delivery was less so. Ordered at 7:30 pm for a 10:00 pm show. App said tickets were pending and would be ready at 8:30 pm. Checked the app at 9:55 pm and still said pending at 8:30 pm. Checked email and saw an email from Vivid Seats stating "Your tickets are ready in the app." Clicked on the link in the email, it took me to the app, still said pending, ready at 8:30 pm. After some poking around, checked the app again at 10:05 pm and tickets were there.
I'm guessing this happened because I ordered them at 7:30 pm and the person on the other side didn't check their phone until 10:00 pm, when the doors would be opening. Totally understandable, but the communication about this kind of scenario could have been better. The email at 7:57 pm saying "Your tickets are ready in the app" was especially confusing.

I had a fantastic experience with the Vivid Seats app and their customer service. I bought tickets as a birthday gift for my wife, but of course life had other plans and I ended up getting sent out of town for a conference that same week. That could have turned into a stressful mess, but their support team made it incredibly easy. I reached out and they walked me through exactly how to transfer the tickets directly to my wife so she could still go. The process was fast, simple, and the instructions were clear. Within minutes everything was handled and she was able to attend with her sister instead of missing out completely.
Honestly, that kind of smooth customer support is rare these days. The app is easy to use, the ticket transfer process worked perfectly, and the support team was helpful and efficient. My wife still got to celebrate her birthday with a great night out, and that meant a lot. Highly recommend using Vivid Seats. I have been directed to Ticketmaster.com to 'collect' my tickets however, I cannot get into Ticketmaster so no idea what I am supposed to do now. I do not know if I am to chase Ticketmaster or Vivid Seats with whom I placed my order.

Once we found the right section to sit in, we were pleasantly surprised by how great the seats were. I was nervous buying tickets through a new site, but did my research and read their policies. The buying experience was easy and I had the tickets in no time! The tickets were easy to access. Good seat selections with varying price points. I had to use customer service about a question regarding my order. It was very easy to talk with customer service. I recommend using Vivid Seats for finding tickets. They are easy to use and easy to track your purchases.

I loaded my app, did all the steps to complete my profile and I still didn’t see my tickets. I was getting worried so on my app I started a chat and my issue was resolved quickly. The chat is professional and polite. Way better than waiting in a queue on the telephone.

Only giving one star because I have to. Absolutely terrible service. I bought VIP tickets that don’t exist. First time ever using and my order gets cancelled days after because somehow the seats I bought and the money that got taken out of my account for those tickets just don’t exist? Absolute scam of a business and will be reporting to BBB. Don’t sell tickets you don’t have available… as simple as that. I don’t care that you’re a “third party” or whatever bs you say. Organize your company in a way that actually works, not just for you guys to scam people out of money.
Absolutely disgusting and you guys should really consider restructuring. Never should have strayed from StubHub, I’ve bought 20+ tickets from them and this has never happened, nor have I heard about it ever happening, and same thing with Ticketmaster, so clearly they have something figured out that Vivid doesn’t. Vivid is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered and will never even look at the website again.

Honestly, every transaction with Vivid ever has gone really smoothly. I appreciate this app so much. You always have the best deals and they love the reward program so much. I honestly have always done my tickets on time and if I’ve ever had an issue, I immediately can connect with an agent online and they’re very quick with resolving any issues. Due to the rewards program, I’ve been able to get some tickets for some great events at a really great price.
