Automatically signed me up for something and paid for it with my connected PayPal account without my consent. I bought a $5 trial and was pleased with it, but this put me off them.

I would not recommend using this brand. There are plenty more out there that are much more reliable.. I was trying to replace a handle that had broke for the second time and was informed it is discontinued and they refused to replace it with a new handle and the same amount of razors that I had left over.

For years they have been sending my stuff to an old address, 2 1/2 years, I never knew they were sending to an old email, I know I updated my address when I moved, I tried logging in, forgot password. They never sent an email, run from this rip off place, one more thing when I finally figured out what was going on, I told them if they don’t make up for every order I missed because of their fault cancel my membership, they said, "Sorry to see you go." Cancel your membership and get away. There many other better places out there.

This company replaced a beloved older razor called the Executive with something called Club Series razor. Only problem is...THE CARTRIDGES DON'T FIT the handle! The cartridge stays in place approximately 1 to 2 seconds before falling into the sink. Countless people have mentioned this. Customer service simply does not answer inquiries.

Loyal customer for years and years. I gave the benefit of the doubt after they changed the handles and razors. I kept ordering handles thinking the other were defective until I drop them completely. The razors were incredible at the beginning and after they changed the model it’s impossible to shave. The blades keep falling off, etc. I cancelled my membership in October 2025. Terrible product now!

I had a bunch of Humble razor blades left, but no handle. I had to pay $6.00 +$4.80 shipping. $10.80 for the cheapest, smallest, plastic blade handle I have EVER seen. My wife's throw-a-ways have more intuitive handles. When did this company give up? The Dollar Shave Club will be history to me when these blades are used up. I will be so ready to pay for Gilette's higher prices.....MUCH better quality.

I was a loyal member for years. The Heritage blades were topnotch. Then, out of the blue, they send a different blade and handle. The handle is a cheap rubber and hold onto the blade with essentially willpower. I wonder if there is a class action suit out there for those who cut themselves trying to catch a falling blade, because this is engineered so poorly, it might as well be handleless. Such a shame. It was so good, now, they don't offer any products worth anyone's hard earned money. Unfortunate that zero stars is not an option.

I’ve been a loyal DSC customer for years because your original blades were amazing, sharp, durable, and perfect even for someone like me with thick leg hair who shaves multiple times a week. One blade would last me months without irritation or issues. But recently, I ran out of my old stock and bought their new blades and I honestly couldn’t believe how bad they were. They immediately irritated my skin, and by the next day, my hair was already growing back. The shave is rough, ineffective, and feels like any other cheap competitor out there.

Non existent customer service. I placed an order that sat untouched for two days. Finally shipped with a non functioning tracking number. Getting in touch with customer service was very challenging, only to receive an apology for their tracking tools not functional and they are "working on it with their IT department. But I should rest assured that my order will deliver in 3 to 5 business days. Not sure how they would know that other than this being a standard answer to make the customers just go away. It remains to be seen if the order is accurate and the quality of the materials acceptable. I'll never buy from this company regardless just because of the customer service.

Don't be fooled by the flashy ads and catchy marketing of Dollar Shave Club; their promises don't match up with reality. I purchased their six shaver heads for $30.00, expecting a good deal, but was sorely disappointed. The quality was mediocre at best, nowhere near worth the price. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my subscription, I found out they charge for an extra month before finally canceling. It felt like a sneaky tactic to squeeze out a few extra dollars from unsuspecting customers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Dollar Shave Club. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your shaving needs.
