      I saw Petlab on Facebook, and the products seemed beneficial for my dog. I bought the probiotics and the one for the teeth and breath. My Miniature Labradoodle has been using them for about four months and his breath is fresher and he seems more active. The website was easy to do and I like that it’s user-friendly.       I used Petlab before with my other dog and right now, I give my little dog probiotics once a day for allergies and itching. He had been having a lot of problems, but he didn't have ticks or fleas. I thought maybe I just needed to give him a bath. That helped for two days. But I decided he was going to have to take the same thing that Mimi took. I only ordered a three-month deal and then Petlab charged me again for another one. They sent it to me after a month and I couldn't afford it. I called them and it was easy to get through to them. They were very nice about it. I was not having a good day and they calmed me down. Petlab’s products are good and they work. It's not a bad price for what you get. Anything that works for my dog, I'm going to give it to him because he's my baby.

      The ProBright Advanced for Large Dogs Health Supplement worked. We had adopted our yellow Lab from the animal shelter two years ago. He had bad teeth, and the shelter recommended an expensive dental cleaning. Him being a senior dog, we weren't sure if we wanted to put him under anesthesia. I had seen an advertisement for the product and thought it was worth trying, and it has made a big improvement on his teeth. They've cleaned up considerably.       We have been very disappointed in the packaging of this product. The tiny scoop that is found in the BOTTOM of the jar each time I open a new jar is very disappointing. It takes up space where the product should be, and is very messy and wasteful to ferret around trying to retrieve it each time without making a mess and the powder being displaced to the outside of the jar. The powder is so fine that it coats the scoop, my fingers, and whatever retrieving tool I use, wasting a lot of the product. Once retrieved, the handle of the scoop is covered with the powder residue and won't come off without wiping away the powder with a wet paper towel, throwing away the very expensive product that there is so little of in the first place. For such a small container and small amount of product used, this waste adds up to a lot and is frustrating to deal with. We will go with another company until this practice has been discontinued.

      If you need to add water to your dog's dry food (per our Vet's recommendation), don't buy this dental powder. They only say "no water" on the product container not in the online description. It makes a huge mess and my little dog wouldn't eat her food. That was my experience with this dental powder. I threw it out.

      We had a male English bulldog several years ago who was having some difficulty with mobility and ended up using one of Petlab's products to help him improve in his ability to get around comfortably. More recently, we have another English bulldog who is taking also some of their mobility products. We're also using their dental supplements to improve the dogs’ breath and also the condition of their teeth. I have noticed some positive improvement from their products. Petlab seems like a reputable company and is willing to stand behind their products. I've been satisfied so far.

      I have an older, senior dog, and he's already had two surgeries, and he still has the bad breath. With the things that I've used to try and help his teeth, he still has tartar buildup. So, I wanted to try something else. I got the ProBright Advanced from Petlab. It doesn't take it completely away, but it does help. I like that with every month supply, they also give me samples of things. That's a very nice thing to do. I also like that I can have it automatically shipped.

      I agree with other comments that they sneak you into a subscription. I tried the turkey tails in the hopes it would do what they say, which is to shrink my Goldendoodle’s lipomas. It had no effect on the lipomas so I cancelled the "subscription". Two days later I got another delivery of the subscription I cancelled. When I contacted them, they told me I didn’t cancel in time and out of courtesy they would refund me 20% of what they charged me a few days earlier, brand new, never opened. If their product was effective they would refund the monies to people that cancelled and sell to the next victim, but since it doesn’t, they offered 20%👎🏼👎🏼. Don’t get sucked into their advertising, and their customer service is a joke. I just threw it into the garbage rather than be insulted when I contacted them in good faith and get 20 cents on the dollar. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

      We heard about PetLab through the the veterinary hospital that we took the dog to. They had some paperwork for us. And two is, of four dogs that we have, three of which I had to put down over time. So, each of those, we did things similar to this kind of in memory and be able to remember them. The item that we purchased with PetLab was high quality. For the value that it had, we were happy with it. So, it kind of fit what we had in mind. So, it wasn't like we wanted to do something and we looked at what they had and didn't really like it. We did like it. So, it was a pretty easy decision.

      I have a 15-pound Silky Terrier and I like that his fur is so soft. However, he has trouble with his skin and he has a touchy tummy. For his probiotic, the vet told me to go on Petlab and I can check things out there. I found Petlab's probiotic, and my dog has been on it for at least three years. He's 10 and his condition has improved. He doesn't have an upset stomach as much as he did before. Periodically, if he eats something outside that he's not supposed to, like grass, he gets an upset stomach then.

      My dog likes the probiotic, but he doesn't much care for the green stuff that I put on his food. It's the powder for his tartar and lately, I've been putting my fingers into the food. I twist it a quarter of a turn, then I take a quarter of a boiled egg, chop it up, and put the green stuff on top, and then he eats it. I only use a third of the cup because my dog is small. If I put a full one on, there's no way he's gonna eat it. So I made sure he gets at least a third of it and it worked.

      I order the products online and the website is easy to operate. If I wanna change anything, I can do it. If I seem to have problems and don't understand, I can give the company a quick call. I get the probiotics monthly and the price is good with a subscription, so I have a shipment that comes monthly. On the other hand, I have to order the ones for the tartar separately because there's no way I can get 60 days or three months.

      I saw Petlab on a Facebook ad in relation to an issue with my pet’s bad teeth. My 9-year-old Pit Bull rescue has a buildup on his teeth. You cannot get a toothbrush near him and it's super expensive to have them done professionally. I purchased the dental powder that you mix with their food. It’s recommended for a 90-day use to see a difference. He's not crazy about the taste of it, so we're not great at using it consistently. But what little bit I have been able to get him to consume has made a difference. It’s a dry powder. I have tried to sprinkle it on his food. He just turns his nose and walks away. But if I mix it with a little bit of water and then mix it with a little bit of peanut butter, he'll consume it with no problem.

      I’m very satisfied with Petlab. I also have what looks like a salve for his pads. He doesn't like his feet messed with but I was able to get one application on those pads, and they were super soft for about three weeks after one application. So, I would recommend that as well, if you can tolerate getting it on your dog's feet.

      When I did the original order, I thought I was ordering the dental powder for his size. And when it came, it was for a small dog. I reached out to customer service, sent them an email and they sent me the correct size of powder. Then, they sent me three sample-sized packs of salmon dog treats, which stink to high heaven, but he loves them. So, their customer service has been amazing. I would recommend Petlab. It's a little on the pricey side for me, though. But if your dog is experiencing buildup on their teeth and bad breath, give this a shot. Petlab offers a subscription program as well.

      I've been very impressed with PetLab's products. They've improved my dog's life as she's gotten older. She is 13 now, and she's starting to struggle a little bit. The first thing that got me was she was chewing on her paws. So, I got the probiotic. I could tell her hips are starting to hurt her, and she doesn't have quite the control. It doesn't act like a lot of pain, but I can tell there's something going on there. So, I got the joint reliever type chewy for her joints. I got a supplement that I squeeze drops into her food with.       I've had my dog on PetLab joint chews ever since he was a puppy. Then I had gotten the dental solution that you add to the drinking water but that didn't work at all. I also tried the dental powder that you add to the food, but that doesn't work too. I was really happy when PetLab upgraded the joint chews and the probiotic chews for weight designated daily dosage. I switched to those two new products and will continue with them because I believe in PetLab's product. My dog's health is top priority. I know everyone nowadays is searching for budget-conscious ideas and food, but it's your family member and you can't sacrifice their health for something that is cheaper that doesn't give them the nutrient value at all. I'm on a budget but my dog's health is everything. If I have to sacrifice a little less for me to keep him healthy, that's what I'll do.

      I would highly recommend PetLab. I was happy that they went with the daily dosage for the probiotic chews and the joint chews because it makes it easier. Also, with the joint chews, you have the green muscle ingredient which is very highly recommended, not only for pets, but for humans. That was the key selling feature that I originally started with the joint chews. I live in a dog community, and I pass the tips on to other pet owners.

      I've got a Pomeranian that was licking her paws a ton and was itchy. As I was looking for something for her, I found PetLab and after doing a bunch of other searches and getting with the vet, they told me to go ahead and use it. I've done a few products now which includes the probiotic chew and the joint and healthcare package. I did everything online and it was simple and easy. Once I realized it started working, then my next purchase was a subscription. I get the probiotic every other month. With the probiotic, the Pomeranian has quit licking her paws. With the other dog, it's really helped her gut and not get that corn chippy smell. I already told my brother about PetLab, and he ended up ordering some for his husky who was having the same problem, a lot of paw licking and yeast issues.

      INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING! First of all, We are customers of Pet Lab Co for the green powder for our lab’s teeth and customers of Dog is Human supplements for dog’s allergies and ABSOLUTELY LOVE BOTH PRODUCTS! So when we saw PUPPY LAB CO advertising Turkey Tail powder for Lipomas, we were excited since our lab has 3 medium sized lipomas. We placed our Turkey Tail powder order on January 14th. On January 29th we had not received our order yet. I went back on the site on Jan 29th requesting a status of when we’ll receive our order.

      Later that day I received an email stating that our order was sent out that day (29th). While waiting for the delivery to come in, I received another email stating that my order was delivered on Feb. 3rd. The following day, Feb 4th I contacted them stating we still had not received our order, could they verify the delivery address. For the next week and a half I was going back and forth with customer service explaining that we never received our order and requesting that they either refund our purchase price or send us our paid for order. This wasn’t just a cosmetic supplement. This was about our ill dog’s health. This was to shrink our dog’s Lipomas! They continually refused to refund or send shipment, as well as provide tracking information on their alleged delivery!

      This back and forth continued until today when I notified my credit card company of what took place & let them know that I still hadn’t received the shipment. At which time a Cancel Payment was put into place. CONSUMERS BEWARE! They’ll take your $$ and not ship your order. Don’t be fooled like we were!       I bought the green powder from Petlab that's supposed to remove tartar from your dog's teeth. I wanted to use that so I didn't have to get dental cleanings for my dogs because I don't like putting them to sleep. Neither one have needed the dental cleanings since using the powder, which has been great. Their teeth are really clean, especially my 11-year-old dog. For his age, his teeth are really clean. There's still some tartar, but not what you would expect for an older dog.

      It's expensive to get your dog a dental cleaning and a lot of people don't like to put them to sleep for that. So I have told many of my friends that it has worked really well for us. It's been easy to purchase from Petlab. I get a reminder in my email from them of when my order is gonna be placed for my subscription, and if I don't need it just yet, I'll push it up a little bit.

      My Shar Pei Chow Lab mix was losing her hair and something online suggested probiotics, which is what I got from Petlab. She's been taking it for at least three years, and between that and coconut oil, she's got her hair back. I give it to my little two-year old Chorkie too and he's doing great.       Our dog itched a lot. He was scratching and licking a good bit. It was nothing that severe. But he is over 11 years old now and it was a constant irritation for him. He couldn't comfortably rest. We got the allergy and immune probiotic chew from Petlab. He doesn't scratch like he used to since taking it. My wife already set up an automatic refill and I was unaware of that. I turned around and I had put one in myself. But I put it in for the wrong size. So when Petlab sent it, my wife called them to get information how to send this product back to them and to cancel the thing that I signed up to. The person she talked to was very nice and they said, "Don't send this back. Just find somebody that can use it and give it to them."

      I put the product online among a couple of my friends and posted what it had done for our dog when we put him on it, and they were interested in it.       They're the best thing on the market. I would recommend Petlab to any pet owner, and I have. I've been doing some research on a lot of supplements and I've tried a couple before but they didn't work with my dog. She gets yeast infection in her ears, and these probiotic chews are the only ones that I've found that's helped her with that. I also got some for her overall allergies. You would see bumps and rashes on her tummy, she was licking and chewing at her paws, and shaking her head, and scratching at her ears. We've been on for four months now and all of that is gone. She is doing really well with them. She's a 60-pound American Pitbull and will be two years old in February.

      Products seems okay, but poor customer service. They use AI that often fails and live rep is not there to help. They do not care if you are a subscriber or frequent shopper. They are also using a third party to ship their product so the product gets mixed up sometimes.

I did this because of testimonials and advertising from your company, but this is misleading advertising; it's all lies. My dog ​​is now sick because of using the product.       This product doesn't work at all! I am very dissatisfied with this product. Make sure to DOUBLE check your subscription is canceled, I did mine but their system didn't process my cancellation and I noticed they charged me $60.48 to send again this product. I didn't get it why they are doing this, but the true is that they are taking your money so easy playing with your intelligence and taking advantage just because we are desperate to help our pets.
