Scam website. They provide a template form that ChatGPT could write. It gets rejected for being too broad and general and coming FROM A SCAM SITE. Their literal words. Your apartment will use a third party screening source and this will not work. They also will not change any of the wording so KNOW you’re ordering template. And they will not back up its validity. And getting a refund is proving to be very difficult. Well shit getting any response at all is proving to be very difficult. Find a different service. This one used to work and this year I want my money back. I’ve already had to change my move in date. And then make an ACTUAL Dr appt for an ACTUAL Dr to write the note. So save your time and your money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Support Pets, primarily due to their poor customer service. Communication was slow and often unhelpful (always via chat or email as they don't have any service by phone) with delayed responses that made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. When I did receive replies, they lacked clarity and did not adequately address my concerns. It felt like there was little regard for customer satisfaction, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend Support Pets based on my experience with their customer support.

Support Pets is one of the most reliable companies I've seen. The customer service doesn't take long to respond to inquiries & the doctors are FAST! I was able to get the documents I needed when I needed them. They even offered a second pet free. It's worth it to ensure my emotional support animals (aka family) stays with me. It's a cruel world out here & having my cat to comfort me makes all the difference.

I have been with Support Pets for 2 to 3 years and I am so thankful for them, they always come through and everything that I need to make life easier for me and always respond quickly. Thank you so much, just when it comes time to traveling, my poor baby will be with me and that's a great blessing, and when I travel or move, I'm not going to go through stress. I have an ESA dog and Jamie with customer service helped to expedite the process quickly. My renewal was set to auto renew with an expired card- which I didn’t know and she helped to get me squared away and with a discount on top of that. Super helpful and followed up through the whole process.

These folks were so helpful navigating me through the process of certification of my new ESA after I had to put down my girl of 11 years.
