All of the people that have tried to help us have been extremely willing to do so. The employees are friendly and kind. They have all made it really easy to go through the entire process. No one ever wants to have to go through a debt consolidation, but if you have to this would be a good choice for companies to use. Thank you all so much.

Customer support and services is excellent. Able to save me years of payments. Saved me over 50% of what I owed. Credit Union debt not easy to deal with and they do not budge on it. If you only have credit union debt make sure you understand and talk to your representative before you make a decision.

I incurred an unmanageable amount of debt due to a scam... I did not want to file for bankruptcy and was very scared on what to do. A friend recommended Freedom Debt Relief so I signed up. Very good idea! They helped me resolve my debt and even had a LOT reduced! I’m concerned that these remaining accounts are not being aggressively negotiated. There is over 6100.00 dollars in my account and some of the remaining accounts have less owed. Getting out debit - Yes I would, so far very good. Customer service is excellent. They always are very helpful with me. The website is very easy to use, and to see how far you have made progress on your debts. I appreciate all of the hard work your team has taken on my debt. So far, I have no complaints. The debt relief program has been getting me great settlements with my creditors. The settlements have been more than half of what I've owed on most of my accounts. Once I sent my creditors the program's address to send all my correspondences, I didn't get any more demands for payment or debt collector calls. This company has made this process very stress free & that's what I need.

They told me that your Discover card was the most aggressive. Why didn't they take care of them first? Both of them contacted lawyers to sue me. They recommended a law firm to me that would take care of it. They took care of one of them. Could not take care of the other Discover card so I got sued and Discover card right now is garnishing my wages. I feel too knew what they were doing that would never have happened. I enough money to pay off a card in my account. When I questioned him about it it's gone so I feel like these people lie just for the money.

My first point of contact with your representative assured me that I had signed all necessary documents. I later found out Customer Support team wants me to sign, scan and send the same documents from the Welcome Book. I did so, but being told they could not assist me with my issue until they received the same documents discounts what I was told by my representative.

So far so good... almost half there. I so wish I would have chosen FDR sooner. I kept delaying due to thinking my credit score will get ruined but actually it started to go up after about a year into the program. I cannot wait to be debt free in early 2020. :) For anyone that reads this and if paying just the minimum payments isn't getting you anywhere... don't wait... give FDR a try. For all the negative comments on here it is due to not sticking with the program. If you do this does work. Also if starting the program make sure you add on NLG... the law firm that will help you if you start getting lawsuit attempts dropped at your door from creditors. Took a little over a year for the first creditor to attempt to sue me but no worries. NLG helped and negotiated settlement and never went to court. Both FDR and NLG have great customer service both phone and through email and dashboard. Thank you!!

Pleased with accuracy of what they say they do. Web site user-friendly as if they needed any information, it was listed correctly as to what they needed. They even offer a sister company that would allow a loan to cover the balances of the issues taken on by FDR.

When we signed up we were told that there were no fees charged to us. They also told us that there was government money that they could pull from. Wow, great program. Always talked to a person with a lot of knowledge. Never had an issue. We will see how the taxes this year come out. That's maybe my only regret. Some of my debtors said they would send 1099 to the IRS even qualified for a loan with the advance program.

I've been your customer since November 2015 and so far I'm very disappointed w/ our service: You're not cancelling my accounts (Discover & Springleaf). My lawyer substituted out of the case w/ Discover and you keep trying to make me pay your fees when there's no settlement w/ Discover. Springleaf - I'm paying the full amount of $3,xxx.xx which ordered from the court. It doesn't make sense to me to make the payments through FDR when you charge me other fees such as settlement fee, payment fee, subscription fee etc. every single month. And I have to make 34 months of payments. On top of that, I have to pay you 25% of the enrolled balance. It doesn't make sense. In the agreement, it says that "You may terminate this Agreement and withdraw from your debt resolution program at any time, without any termination fee or other penalty." But you're not cancelling my account and say that I have to pay your fee.

I called a few times and spoke with a few different representatives regarding my Niagara Regional interest that is currently at 320.00 for interest. I couldn't understand why the interest could not be paid off yet. I knew that I had at one point over 600.00 dollars in my account and then some. I never knew that I still owed interest on the Citizens bank account. I thought green thumbs up meant all fees included... even interest. I was told that my recent money had to go to this account.

I really like the program, it helped me get through the toughest debts. And I am almost done and debt free! I had over 60k in personal loans and credit card debt. Their customer service is amazing every time I need to call them. Also the client dashboard website is very helpful. There are a few things or cons I guess. I do not like how long it takes for a settlement. I know it varies but for me it’s tough as I am impatient.

FDR developed a plan that was affordable and successful, saving my wife and I thousands of dollars. They communicate well with clients, and I liked that I could easily track the progress of my account using their porthole tracking system. My experience with FDR is positive overall. FDR provides me timely updates on the program and the status of my relief. In my dealings, the staff at FDR appear knowledgeable and respond to my questions and queries in a professional manner. My biggest complaint though is that I feel the fee I am paying for the program is exorbitant.

One thing that was never made clear to me was that I would need to pay taxes on whatever was forgiven. But WORSE than that is my tax notice from Freedom Debt always arrives AFTER April 15th when taxes have already been submitted so I have to pay my tax person an extra $50.00 to revise my taxes, and I have to pay penalties to the IRS for the late taxes for the adjustment. This has been a couple years in a row now.

Freedom has been very helpful with my situation. The Rep, that worked with me is exceptional. I like the prompt service they provide to their customers. I would recommend Freedom to anyone who's looking for Debt Relief. Can hardly wait to get out of debt.

They are slowly paying off our debt, but in the meantime, we have been summonsed and still have a court case pending. Also, all our accounts have had no payments on them, so our credit scores are less than zero at this point. We're hoping to build our credit back once this is over, but are not very hopeful.

I was told before I signed up that all accounts would have settlement within 30 to 90 days. I don't think I got a settlement on anything for over 6 months. Next month I will have been enrolled for a year and there are still 2 accounts that have not reached settlement. The way the program was represented before I signed up was completely misleading.

I was in dire need of help resolving my credit issues. They were honest and fair in setting up the service. You need to take some ownership of the process and make sure things are being done. There were some inconsistencies with the negotiation process of settling a debt, I was able to contact the creditor and get a better settlement that fit my available funds than Freedom was able to do for me with relative ease, but overall, the process worked as promised. If you have extensive debt, I highly recommend paying for the lawyer insurance in case you are sued. Hiring a lawyer is expensive if you wait and if you are already having trouble paying your debts it will be difficult to find the money to do so.

I haven't noticed the fees attached to the settlements, they are almost as much as the settlement amounts, so basically you are paying the whole settlement amount but it just seems you're paying less. I am also very dissatisfied that on one of my settlements, they stretched the payments $5 per month for over a year so they could get more fees paid. After seeing this, I decided to close my account with them.

Need better communication. Forms - You need to be able to convert PDF if that is not what you need and not ask customers jump through hoops trying to send to your preference. I had delay after delay and no email referring to issues.

There are times when I feel the customer representatives are not pushing the creditors to settle the debt. For instance. Lowe's was trying to contact your organization and when they did not receive any return phone calls, they sent a subpoena to me and I had to pay it off out of my own pocket. Then I had to do through hoops to show your company that I had actually paid it off.

Before signing up with FDR in 2015 I was having trouble sleeping, wondering how I was going to pay my bills every month. I'm half way through it and it is not all roses. More like the thorns.

They are extremely expensive. They settled one debt. In one of my debts, instead of lowering the payment, it went higher. I just did not trust them anymore. What good does it do a person for Freedom Debt Relief to settle a debt, then they charge you a lot of money to settle. I had asked several times, how they charged to settle the claim. I spoke to Travis **. He was very vague in his answer. He said, "We are a program." I understood that it was free to help people pay their bills. I asked him several times and he would tell me the exact dollars that I owed to debtors. I was so in dire need of help, that I went for it. Never again, I will never trust people again.

I have not received any paper work that describes the costs of your services -- the amount of interest-- the fees attached to your services, etc. I have seen the response from The Costco AMEX card that the account has been paid off, but I don't know how much of the amount deposited into FDR as related the amount paid to AMEX...

Freedom has been successful in reducing my credit card debt substantially and I look forward to being completely debt free within another year or so.
