Patio Enclosures had exactly what I wanted and my experience in working with the team was excellent. I would hire them again. They were in and out of here in record time. The sunroom is great. It's a little cold where we are, but I put in heaters, and it's wonderful. The price was more than I wanted, but in the end, it was very well worth it. I feel I got a fair product for my investment.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad our team delivered a great experience and that you’re enjoying your new space. We truly appreciate your trust in us and your confidence in the value of your investment.

My brother introduced me to Patio Enclosures and when their team came out, they had a good attitude. They did the job quickly and did it right. They finished everything that day, and we love the quality of work. I had forgotten to put the lock on the door. Had the lock put on at first. That’s the only thing I had to call them back. But otherwise, it's nice. Anybody who comes on the porch says the sunroom is nice. It adds to your house and you’ll enjoy it.
We’re glad we could quickly address the screen door lock, and it’s especially rewarding to know your new sunroom is already drawing compliments and adding enjoyment to your home. Thank you for sharing your experience!

I believe this was a horribly overpriced option. The estimate started at over $60,000 and with discounts lowered to the mid $40,000 which was totally unreasonable. I cannot imagine who you be taking advantage of to take on a similar project.
We’re sorry to hear that our estimate didn’t meet your expectations. Our pricing reflects the custom design, materials, and professional installation that go into each Patio Enclosures project, but we understand that it may not fit every budget. We appreciate you taking the time to meet with our team and wish you the best with your project moving forward. Thank you.

We sold our second car and had some money to add a sunroom to our home. We went with Patio Enclosures, and everything has been good. I wasn't having any luck with the other contractors. They were either not answering my call or not getting back to me with the price. On the contrary, Patio Enclosures was easy to work with. They came out on time and got everything measured up and ordered. The installation was quick and easy. The sunroom is expensive but it looks really nice. It gets sun so even if it's cold here, it warms up in there.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that the process was smooth from start to finish and that your new sunroom is both beautiful and functional. It’s always our goal to make the project straightforward and enjoyable for our customers, and we’re thrilled it’s adding warmth and comfort to your home. We couldn't really utilize the screened porch that we had because of all the pollen and I'm disabled. My wife's having to clean it by herself, so we decided to get it enclosed so we could actually enjoy it. We really liked our first meeting with Patio Enclosures and we knew from pricing with a couple of other friends that they were in the ballpark. The installation process went well. They left out a couple of transoms. We advised them of it on the final inspection, and didn't make any offer to come back and do it, but other than that, it was really good. They were very good at cleaning up. The crew that came out explained to us how everything worked and they were patient when I asked my dumb questions. I really appreciated that.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad your new enclosure is helping make the space more comfortable and easier to enjoy, and it’s great to hear the installation team was patient, informative, and respectful throughout the process. We do apologize for the concern regarding the missing transoms at final inspection, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Thank you again for choosing Patio Enclosures.

From start to finish, Levi was the representative. He came and he listened. He gave me his perspective and he incorporate what I wanted with what they could do, and we came up with a great arrangement. I felt very comfortable with him. I had some concerns with the contractors because they damaged my property and they did not cover up my existing structures, which led to concrete damage. They blacked out one of my cameras.
Ian, the project manager, I kept in touch with him and with Levi and with Viola. And they were very on top. The three of them are very on top team, because Ian assured me that everything will be taken care of, and it was. Then there was a leak in my enclosure, and I called Ian and he came out and he said, “No problem. We got this.” They did, and to this day, we haven't had a lot of rain, but I haven't seen any evidence of any problems. But I love the structure of it. I love the way it looks. I've got to decorate it now, but as far as I'm concerned, I made the best choice.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience. It’s wonderful to hear that Levi worked closely with you to create a design you felt confident about, and we’re glad Ian and the team were responsive in addressing your concerns along the way. We do apologize for the issues that occurred during installation, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to make things right. Delivering a finished space you love is always our goal, and we’re so glad to hear you’re happy with the final result. We hope you enjoy your new room for many years to come!

We were at a home show and got in touch with a couple of different companies that were doing this type of work, and had them come out and give us estimates. We decided on Patio Enclosures. Everything went good. They were able to do the installation all in one day. They did have an issue with the transom that was over the exterior door. That's where we had problems. They were able to get it installed correctly after about a month. They did issue us a gift card because it took so long to resolve the problem. It's fine now, but we had to go back and forth. And if it wasn't for our project manager, I'm not sure we would have been satisfied.
We appreciate you sharing your experience. While we’re glad the installation went well overall, we do apologize for the delay in getting the transom issue fully resolved. We’re grateful for your patience throughout the process, and we’re especially glad our project manager was able to support you and help bring everything to a successful finish. Our experience working with Patio Enclosure was all very positive. The salesman came on time. He explained things in detail, answered all my questions, and it was very good. The crew that installed it was excellent. They came and they went about their job and they were very neat. When they were all done, it was just perfect. Others should go for it. You'd be surprised what a difference it makes in your house when you add this amount of space. We live in a relatively small house, so it's like adding a whole room to the front of your house.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This has been a nightmare of an experience. This project has been ongoing for over a year and a half. The sunroom is now leaking, moisture around the windows and no wiring nor installation has been done. Numerous calls, voicemails. and sent pictures with no response. DO NOT do business with this company, for your sanity find someone else. I am in the process of contacting my local news.
We are very sorry for the frustration this experience has caused and understand your concerns. Our local office has been in regular contact with you, and we were notified today of the leak. A service visit is scheduled for tomorrow to address it promptly. At this stage, the remaining delay is related to the required engineer’s letter for final inspection approval. Our management team is actively involved to expedite this documentation so the project can move forward without further delay. We recognize this project has taken longer than anyone anticipated due to permitting timelines and approved changes, and we regret the impact this has had on you. Please know we are committed to resolving the remaining items and completing your sunroom properly. Thank you.

I've been looking for a good company for a number of years and finally, Patio Enclosures had a solution that we were happy with. But the contractor that put up our sunroom wanted me to sign off that it was completed so he could get paid two days before it was done. So I had to call his supervisor and he said that we couldn't do that and that they'd get him paid anyway, so I shouldn't worry about it. So the contractor put us in a bad spot. Then, he got hurt on the job and he took about three days longer than he was supposed to take. I had a floor going in in that room and I had to cancel that job since they couldn't get it done for a whole week because the sunroom installation wasn't completed yet.
Also, I thought I was going to have somebody come out and go over everything with me after it was completed and I never ever saw anybody. Aside from that, there were a few things that I had to complete myself where he had scratched wood. So I had to repaint some things. But overall, the installation was good and we love our sunroom. The installer made it look like it was never ever added, which was nice. We got patio furniture and a table down there so we can sit or eat out there and enjoy the sun this time of year. Then, in the summer, we'll have a nice screened-in patio. I would tell my neighbors to call Patio Enclosures. My experience with them wasn't perfect but it was good.
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. While we regret the scheduling and contractor-related challenges along the way, we appreciate your patience and are glad our team was able to step in and see the project through properly. It’s wonderful to know the sunroom fits so naturally with your home and has become a space you enjoy using often. We value your recommendation and are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with you.

The Patio Enclosures team were all good. They did what they needed to do and if there was a question, they could always fix it. We had a unique situation in that we already had a big, covered deck and it was just enclosing and adding the windows to what was already there. It was a matter of not having to worry about pollen and dust. We could use it more frequently. It's a nice, extra space to get away to and almost feels like a retreat or a vacation. We have had friends over to relax and enjoy it as well.
The thing is I got quotes from several people and I had a very unrealistic expectation of what it would cost. The price was 50% more than I thought it was gonna be going in.
We're absolutely thrilled to know that you're delighted with your new patio! Creating exceptional experiences for our customers is at the core of what we do, and we are truly honored to have contributed to the creation of a space you love. I moved from Florida. There's a lot of flies here that we didn't have there. I needed something to stop the flies from getting in every time I let the dog out. I went to a home show and saw Patio Enclosure's booth. I stopped and started asking questions. I wanted to know how much it would cost. We were able to design the room ourselves. The rep had the software on his laptop. We were able to see things that we wanted exactly how the sunroom would look beforehand.
The installers came one day and finished the next. It didn't take them long to install. It's just as big as my patio. The biggest thing was getting the homeowners to approve. They would not cooperate with me. The sales guy from Patio Enclosures went out of his way to help me deal with those people. The sunroom now helps a lot with keeping some of the cold out. And it looks exactly like it should have. It looks wonderful.
We’re glad to hear that your new sunroom has been such a practical and comfortable solution in your new home. It’s great that the design process helped you visualize the space so clearly, and we’re pleased our representative was able to assist you through the approval process. Knowing the installation was efficient and that the finished room matched your expectations means a great deal to us. Thank you for sharing your experience and for your recommendation—we’re happy to have helped you create a space that truly fits your needs.

I live by a lake and I was tired of fighting the spiders. So, I wanted to enclose it. Patio Enclosures was the first company we called. They came and gave us a bid. We liked the way they looked. So, we went ahead with them. As far as the design, you tell them what you want, then they design it, and then they show you on their little iPad, and then you go from there. You can see it before it's done. The windows and the forms are already made, and then they have to put it all together. Overall, the installation was great. It took them not even two days. Everybody has been great. They followed up with us a couple of times.

I've been thinking about adding a sunroom to my home for years and I just made the decision to pull the trigger and do it. I interviewed several different contractors that offered the same type of sunroom and I was very impressed with the Patio Enclosures salesman that came and made the offer and explained everything perfectly. He was a straight shooter and that was one of the reasons that sold me the product. Also, he kept it within the budget that I told him from the very beginning. Everybody that I worked with with Patio Enclosures was excellent.
Everything was great with the installation process. Mike did the measurements, and he was great. The salesman was great, the contractor that did the concrete was great, and the installation guys were fabulous. I go out to our sunroom every morning. I had Patio Enclosures come out in 2018 and I was not impressed with them. I used them again recently and this time, the communication was wonderful. Everybody that showed up here was top-notch. Initially, I hesitated to go through them again but it was stupid to go through somebody else when these are the one who built the sunroom, even though I didn't like them. I wanted it glassed in 10 years ago but I couldn't afford that. So I called their guy and we changed the contract. I just did screen. Now, I'm getting ready to retire and I still want it glassed. So, I bit the bullet and did it. The rep who came out, Aaron, couldn't have been nicer. He gave me a deal that I couldn't refuse and the value this time was great.
During the installation, the girl who called me from the office all the time told me what they were doing and that they ordered something wrong. So, I told her that I was just going to leave it unlocked and they could come in and do whatever because I'd be at work. And they left it better than it looked when I left. I was really happy and now, I tell people that Patio Enclosures did a great job. The glass looks wonderful and everybody who comes says that it's so pretty. And I love my backyard. So I wanted that because that's the prettiest place. It has huge trees and that's where my grandkids play. It's also cool that I get to pay the price in 18 months as cash and I retire on May on this year. The bill's due January 27 and my sick days that I didn't use cover the bill. I teach school and my sick bank is 31,000. So when I take that out, I'll still pay taxes and I'll pay off the windows. So it worked out well and I won't have any debt again.
We truly appreciate you giving us another opportunity. We understand that your earlier experience left you hesitant, and it means a great deal that you chose to reconsider us when the time felt right. We’re pleased to hear that Aaron’s professionalism and the consistent communication from our team helped restore your confidence. Knowing that you felt comfortable trusting us with your home and that you’re happy with the final result speaks volumes. The workmen were excellent. Professional. My issue is that they put my ramp on grass when I had 4x8x2 concrete blocks a few feet away from the ramp. Wood on the ground is a recipe for early wood rot. They did not ask about the blocks. I was told by Samantha, a customer service representative that placing wood directly on the ground is common practice. It seems to me that it would be quite simple to purchase some kind of stone or concrete block to protect the customer's investment.

I have had the enclosure from Patio Enclosures since last February. The enclosure is beautiful, until you have an issue. The customer service is horrible. One of my dog damaged the screen frame on the storm door. I have called 6 times about buying a replacement screen. They still have not returned my call regarding the replacement nor have they even given me a price. On the same screen door, The stop seized up while we were opening the door, pulled the screws out of the door jamb damaging the door jamb.
After emailing and texting them multiple time they said it was from wind damage. No wind damage the part the installed intermittently locks. After 2 weeks of complaining they sent out a installer. That was roughly about a month ago. No calls, no emails, no attempts to make any type of repair. The interior door knobs keep coming off. Called and told them about that now return call. I would recommend using another company for your enclosure because they do not seem to care about their product or willing to take care of problems that arise. I spent $40,000.00 on this enclosure on to have it in shambles.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced and understand how upsetting these issues have been. We want to assure you that we take all service matters seriously and are committed to resolving them properly. The incredible disappointment that seemingly continues to go on and on is amazing. It seems that Patio Enclosures is a franchise that can continue changing things so they can avoid direct reviews. We were promised so many things with our contract and we quickly realized that this was a company we should not have signed with. Promises of "your project manager will call you to introduce themselves at the end of the week". Reaching out 3 weeks later to inquire when we will be meeting/talking to the PM and no joy.
It took constant attempts (angrily) to finally get someone here who said they were the PM. Doesn't matter though, because that PM was never to be seen again. As a PM, I would check in after each deliverable, but not this company. Once they get you to commit to a contract, they disappear into the fog. It doesn't matter that the main thing I kept hammering into them is the importance of communication.
Any communication is good communication, even if it is bad news. Let us deal with it and figure out solutions. Instead, it further stressed out my spouse and I, 2 disabled veterans who have enough drama to deal with. Since they started the conversation with "we record the meeting to review later for quality assurance" that triggered me to do the same. Every call, meeting, etc. was recorded...for my quality assurance and timestamp records.
From the reviews it seems that oh so many have experienced similar events and missteps. I blame myself for not doing a better job researching this organization and their reviews. That would have prompted me to find independent contractors to accomplish the needed labor at a much cheaper cost. Instead, it will cost us a great deal more. I recommend contacting your Congressional Representative if you are/were in the same situation as we were, and your local media station because it may be the only way to actually get some level of ethical/moral behavior from this business.
To add to the validity of the Patio Enclosure Nightmare, Ryan ** the regional sales manager in florida, answered my message where I inquired about being put in contact with an executive who would listen, he requested I email him, which I did, but then he never responded back. When I sent him another message via linkedin, he didn't respond. Once I commented on a comment from a post he posted on his wall, he blocked me. His profile still exists and he remains silent. A report to the BBB has been submitted. Next will be congressman and media. Avoid at all costs.
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and take your feedback seriously. Our records show that consistent communication was maintained throughout the project. The only item remaining to complete the work is the Billy Bib, which is currently on order. As soon as it arrives, completing your project will be our top priority. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to ensuring the project is finished promptly and to the high standards we uphold.

We recommend against Patio Enclosures' sunrooms. Service is poor; door handles are brittle and easily break (three of the original six on our sunroom broke in the last four years); the company is hard to contact; and they do not answer messages. When we called asking how to proceed, we received a recording asking us to leave a message and a number which they would call. We did, but received no answer or even a message that they tried to call when we were not available. We ordered the three replacement door handles. They arrived without instructions for installation. We sent Patio Enclosures a second message on its website requesting instructions how to replace them. Again we received no answer. Moreover, we could find no instructions on the Internet regarding replacement. In short, we give this company a poor review and emphatically recommend against doing business with it.
We sincerely apologize that you've experienced issues with the handles of your sunroom. We appreciate the feedback and are working internally to make this process smoother. We will have someone reach out and follow up with you.

What started out as an idea to add a Sunroom and enclosed my front entryway on 11/11/2024, has ended up as a huge financial, emotional and physical disaster as I write this review on 12/18/2025. I have a Sunroom that I don't trust to last through a storm because it leaks with caulking that is just piled in globs around the roof, white caulk on the bronze metal enclosure and it makes noise when the wind blows, damaged gutters that don't line up with the existing gutters so I have my own private (unwanted) waterfall, drip edge and roofing tiles damaged on a 3yr old roof that makes me nervous if a Florida storm comes through and a kickplate that is not secured on the front enclosure.
The communication is between bad and non-existent. Promises are constantly unfulfilled, could we say dishonesty is a common and constant theme. They are good at one thing: getting your money and not giving equivalent quality service. I will definitely let anyone who ask know who not to use. I have very little reason or belief that they will or want to make it right.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and the concerns you’ve raised. Our Field Supervisor did meet with a licensed roofer on site, who determined that the shingles were not damaged and that the drip edge had prior damage. We communicated that we would replace the drip edge on the front structure and the seamless gutter in the back in an effort to address the issues. We understand that you are not satisfied with this resolution. Our Regional Manager will be reaching out directly to discuss your concerns further and work toward a solution. Updated on 03/27/2026: It's the end of March and we're still trying to get our door fixed after installation 7 months ago. On February 4, we were told that parts were in but since then, CRICKETS. The porch looks wonderful from the street, but what good is a screen porch when the door doesn't fit. My husband is fighting cancer and wants to enjoy the porch. They know this. Oh, and they ruined an expensive finish on our floor trying to rig a door jamb. I'm 74. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Original Review: Due to an error in measuring, our door was an inch too high. As a result, it was an inch shy of meeting the threshold. They said they'd return with a longer door sweep. After a month, they showed up with a big threshold that was inappropriate for our opening. It has created a safety hazard. Their initial response was that they'd figure out how to address it. We've called multiple numbers and sent email and text messages since August. No one responds. We've had one person trip and consider this a liability created by Patio Enclosures.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We addressed the immediate concern by removing the trip hazard and providing a temporary seal at the bottom of the door. Our installation crew will return to properly install the door unit, ensuring it fits correctly and safely. The client is aware of the plan and satisfied with the resolution. Safety and proper installation remain our top priorities, and we are committed to completing the work promptly.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the time contract was signed 5 months ago until now. I am stuck with a contract and they will not cancel without a huge penalty even though project is delayed due to materials from why we are being told. We cannot part ways and the company is not responding in a timely manner.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration with the delays and the communication challenges you’ve experienced. Our records show that the project team has been in contact throughout the process, including follow-up calls, emails, and scheduling updates, with adjustments made due to manufacturing timelines for materials such as the MagnaTrack. We regret that the timing and availability of materials have caused inconvenience and understand the impact this has had on your experience. While the contract terms limit cancellation options, our team remains committed to completing your project and providing updates as the schedule progresses.

The customer service is the worst. They don’t return calls. They don’t communicate with customers and they don’t provide correct information. They quickly take your money. They don’t provide any service. I must have called them 2 dozen times and left messages with the salesman, the so-called project manager and even corporate headquarters, and weeks went by without any response. When I inquired about ending the relationship, they had already taken money from the loan and there was nothing to show for it. Crooks all the way crooks.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Our records indicate that we reached out multiple times, including a welcome call and email on 10/7, as well as follow-ups on 10/10 and 11/11, to request the site survey needed to move forward with the project. During these conversations, it was noted that the property had recently transferred to you, and we were awaiting confirmation from your sister-in-law before proceeding. We regret the frustration this has caused and understand the concern over timing and communication. Our team remains committed to completing projects once all required information is received, and we encourage customers to provide the necessary details so we can move forward promptly.

Had our existing deck rescreened and updated. The door was removed and replaced with sliding screens, which left a 3.5” high threshold which did not meet building code. The local building inspector then got involved and contacted them with what needed done to correct it. Their response was it would cost us $13,000. We took it upon ourselves and had our steps reconstructed to meet the threshold height for $1,300.00. Be very careful before doing business with Patio Enclosures because they DO NOT get permits and DO NOT adhere to building codes.
Thank you for sharing your concerns. For this project, the homeowner initially elected to proceed without a permit to reduce costs, and we clearly documented and communicated this option. When the building department became involved, we worked with the customer to address the situation, waiving the majority of the permit fee and only charging $500 so the permit could be obtained after the work. Additional requests, including a fixed glass panel for safety, were completed at no charge, and a travel voucher was also provided at point of sale. Our team strives to be transparent and accommodating while adhering to regulations and customer needs, and we worked to resolve these concerns promptly and fairly.

I have to keep writing reviews on different pages to get a response from someone. Nobody will call back. Messages have been left for Max and Shay. This company has taken 20k from my elderly parents 5 months ago and haven’t gotten permitting issue taken care of. We have been to the city and county and they say it’s the companies end. Do not use this company. They are a scam. Someone needs to call my parents back asap or we go to the media. This is fraud!!!!
We understand your concerns and regret the frustration caused. Our team has been in direct contact regarding this project. The county is processing the permit, which is the governing authority for this location, and is expected around November 15. We recognize the delay is disappointing and remain committed to keeping your family informed and completing the project promptly once approval is received. Thank you for your patience.

Dear Patio Enclosures Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service and communication I have experienced with your company. I chose Patio Enclosures based on your high ratings and reputation for professionalism, but my experience has been far from what I expected.
I initially contacted your company along with two others to obtain estimates for enclosing my patio and front porch. From the beginning, communication appeared organized—several appointment confirmations were made via email (ending in **) and by phone (ending in **). On September 20th, I met with your sales representative, Greg V., whose professionalism and demeanor influenced my decision to move forward with Patio Enclosures, even though your estimate was not the lowest. As a single mother, I wanted to ensure the project was handled by a trustworthy company that would deliver quality work.
However, the experience quickly began to decline. On September 23rd, I received a call from Greg requesting to revisit my home to take additional measurements, even though measurements had already been completed twice during the initial appointment. I found this unusual but allowed the visit. Then, on October 9th, Greg contacted me again to inform me that an additional $2,500 would be required due to a missed footer that was not included in the original estimate. Although surprised, I initially agreed to the adjustment in good faith. However, after careful consideration, I decided to cancel the contract. Since then, it has been three weeks of repeated attempts to obtain updates and speak with a supervisor—with no success.
Greg advised me not to cancel, claiming he would discuss the matter with his supervisor to try to include the additional cost in the original quote. Later, he informed me that he could reduce the added cost by $1,000, but I made it clear that I still wanted to cancel. Since that time, I have repeatedly requested to speak directly with a supervisor or anyone authorized to finalize my cancellation and address my concerns, yet no one has returned my calls or emails.
I entered into a $12,998 contract in good faith and expected the same level of integrity and communication in return. Instead, I have been ignored and left without resolution. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated immediately to upper management. Please provide written confirmation of the cancellation of my contract and refund of my deposit as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I hope Patio Enclosures can take this feedback seriously and work to restore the level of customer trust your reputation is built upon.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as feedback like yours is essential to improving our processes and restoring confidence in our service. We wish you the very best with your future home improvement plans. Thank you.

I saw Patio Enclosures get 5-star reviews, so I went ahead and hired I them to convert a pergola/deck into a screened-in room. I wish I had seen all the 1-star reviews first, because my experience (in RI) is just about the same---poor communication, especially about the permit; poor quality work---gap under decking, rough metal edge, fingerprints everywhere on white siding, a lock that doesn't work---and a monthly payment before any work had even started. Once you sign the contract you're agreeing to a company-arranged loan for the full amount, in my case over $56,000, so you have no financial leverage when things go wrong. All I can do is write this review and add my voice to others that say "Stay away from this company!"
We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. While we strive to provide clear communication and quality work, it is clear that in this instance we fell short. We recognize your concerns regarding the permit process, workmanship, and payment structure. Your feedback is taken seriously and will be reviewed to help improve our processes and ensure a better experience for future customers. Thank you.

I strongly caution anyone considering Great Day Improvements/Patio Enclosures. Their representative pressured a homeowner into prepaying for a patio enclosure before HOA approval, assuring that approval would be “no problem.” The HOA ultimately denied the project multiple times, yet the company refused to honor its own contract, which requires a refund when approval cannot be obtained. Management attempted to justify keeping a large portion of the payment using misleading contract interpretations and demanded a signed legal release before issuing even a partial refund. The experience was deeply disappointing, stressful, and showed little regard for fair dealing or consumer protection. Anyone working with this company should insist on written confirmation of all representations and never make payment before full HOA or permit approval.
We are sorry to hear about your frustration with the process. While we understand your concerns, a portion of the funds was retained to cover work already completed on the project such as, permits, CAD drawings, and administrative fees. Our goal is always to act in accordance with the contract while addressing each situation fairly. We take feedback seriously and will continue to review our procedures to improve clarity and communication for future customers. Thank you.

Please stay away from this company. A year ago (October 2024) we had them convert a back porch into a sunroom. We upgraded to double-pane windows as they stated this would help with temperature control so that we could use this room longer into the seasons. Well - the quality was horrible. You can see gaps to the outside where pieces were poorly cut and not sealed. Some of the seals of the windows are coming apart. We've tried to contact the company multiple times and rarely does anyone answer the phone. You leave messages and no one returns them. When you do get someone, they say they are "working on it" but then you hear nothing for weeks until you try to reach them again. It is now October 2025 and still nothing has been done. We are now seeking legal action. STAY AWAY!

Attempted to build without permit. Made unauthorized charges to credit cards. Incompetent subcontractors failed several inspections. Took a year to put up poorly constructed roof, which still leaks. Extremely difficult to contact. Employee turnover is extreme. We are working with a real contractor to undo the damage.
Our team reached out to schedule a visit to properly evaluate and correct the issue; however, the homeowner declined further service and advised that outside modifications would be made by another contractor. Once third-party alterations are performed and access is declined, we are no longer able to diagnose or service the enclosure. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Thank you.

We decided to have our patio screened in and a second section to have a roof cover in June 2025. They said it would be August when it was installed. We were thrilled to find out it would be installed mid July. We were basically satisfied with the enclosure and the roof, although some places were merely caulked when the metal left small gaps. We were supposed to have gutter placed on the roof portion but that was not installed. We have been trying to get them to come back out to install the gutter which is in writing that it still needed to be installed. We have asked for compensation for an unfinished project only to be ignored. We were finally given a date to finish, but they never showed. At this point, we are angry to be paying for unfinished work and poor communication and follow through by the company.
The enclosure and roof were fully installed and usable as of July 28, and we are pleased to hear that you were generally satisfied with that portion of the work. The remaining item—the LeafGuard gutter installation—was delayed due to an unexpected supplier issue that was outside of our direct control. During that period, our team made repeated efforts to resolve the situation and kept you informed as we worked to reestablish ordering and scheduling. We also offered an alternative gutter option to avoid further delay, which you understandably chose not to pursue.
We apologize for the inconvenience and for the missed appointment, as well as for the communication lapses you experienced. While the delay did not prevent use of the enclosure, we recognize that follow-through is important, and we regret that this portion of the project did not progress as smoothly as it should have. Your feedback is appreciated and has been shared with our team as we continue to improve our processes.

The whole experience is a nightmare that is still ongoing. The salesman had a great pitch, saying that patio enclosures is the largest and best nationwide, etc. I signed the contract on 4/21. They didn’t get the city building permit until 7/18. Out of the blue one Friday they left me a voicemail that they will start installation on Mon. They were no show and no one bothered to call me letting me know the city wanted them to mark the place where the patio is being built. After numerous calls, emails and text, it was crickets for another few weeks. Then they were supposed to start yesterday. Again, no one showed up so I called them and was told that the foreman had car issue so they can’t make it.
I found it ludicrous that only one person can stop a full build that requires concrete pouring. They were supposed to call me and let me know the follow up plan. Nothing and when I called this morning, she said that because they didn’t have an updated plan, she didn’t want to call me. I told her she should have called to update me knowing that I am extremely unhappy with the lack of communication. She said she will call me this afternoon with an update and it’s almost 5:30. I have cleared my schedule twice to sit at home waiting on them and they don’t even bother to let me know they won’t be coming. I told them clearly that I will look into litigation if they continue to not fulfill the job. I have already paid 60% per the contract. They wanted to charge another 10% just to start concrete and I told them I wasn’t paying anything that is not listed in the contract.
The lack of professionalism, communications, and accountability is beyond belief. I paid top dollar believing that they are the best. Now I feel like I have fallen for a scam. I was on the belief that if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything but I hope this post can help folks think carefully before signing a contract with this company.

This is one of the most disgusting companies. If I could afford to tear down the room. I would. I am a disabled retired veteran on a fixed income. I am not in debt for sixty grand. First, I had to get HOA approval, once the plans were modified to add a foundation, which I paid for, eight grand, I waited and waited for the work to begin. I kept calling, sending emails, and kept getting the response that they were waiting for the permit from the city. I went to the city, paid for the permit and had the permit within three hours.
Finally, when I spoke with a rep he said they would deduct the cost of the permit and give me a break on the final cost, because I had to pay for a foundation. Finally, the work began. I was also promised a reduction in the cost because of the delays. I complained about the quality of the work. The room was finally finished in August 2025. It took a year and half to complete an 8x13 room. I had to install the floor, provide the light and ceiling fan. I have a door that does not have a key so now I only have one way into my home from the outside. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And, the company responded with the usual pet answer. We finished the project in August, met the contracted agreement. At this point, I realize I was screwed. However, from now own I am going to do everything possible to make sure this company goes out of business. They can sure me.
We’re sorry your experience wasn’t as expected. All contracted work, including the added steps at no cost, was completed on August 13. While permitting caused some delays, these were promptly resolved. The masonry work mentioned wasn’t part of our contract. The sunroom, along with electrical and HVAC components, was completed per the approved plans. Any requests outside the contract are not included in our scope. We stand by the quality and completion of the project.

This company is an absolute clown show! On day 1 two guys showed up at 11:00 AM to start work. About an hour in we saw one of the workers publicly urinating on our lawn. They left at 2:30. They worked an average of 4 hours a day. They left our furnished three season Rome completely open to the elements and we were getting rain that day. They had to send someone else out to put plastic around. So many screw ups! Dented window rails, missing window locks, buckled carpeting, missing windows. This started in mid-July and is still an issue! Run from this company!
We sincerely regret that your experience fell short of expectations. While some of the issues described did occur, we acted promptly to address them, including providing a credit of $2,148.07 for the concerns raised. Manufacturing delays also contributed to timing challenges, and the situation became particularly difficult after the reported incident. This started on April 30, 2025 and it was completed on August 21, 2025.Despite our attempts to resolve these concerns professionally and fairly, the company failed to address them in a satisfactory manner.
As a consumer, we believe it is important to inform others so they can make educated decisions before entering into any agreements. In my opinion, Patio Enclosures has not demonstrated the integrity, professionalism, or reliability one should expect from a reputable business. I hope this statement serves as a caution to others who may be considering working with this company.
The installation did encounter an issue with the screen rollers, which we addressed, and the project was fully completed in August. We regret that payment processing occurred before those final adjustments were resolved and that this added to your dissatisfaction. I recently had a sun-room installed by Patio Enclosures and completely wished I had not chosen them for the job. The experience was far from satisfactory. The craftsmanship was subpar, with uneven seams, shoddy framing and a lack of attention to detail. It is clear that poor planning played a role- measurements were off from the start so they had to redo the entire space, and even then, there were mistakes made from the original design promised. They did not fully complete the job and never returned to finish some missing details, they also left debris all over the yard. I expected a professional job for the price I paid, but this fell well short of the promised standard. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for quality work.
This was not the experience we aim to deliver, and we understand why you are disappointed. The issues you described—including workmanship concerns, measurement errors that required a full rework, and incomplete finishing details—are not acceptable and fall short of our standards. Our project was a complete disaster. The initial timeline was utterly unrealistic, with a promised completion date months away from the actual start. The construction was a chaotic mess, with crews disappearing for weeks at a time, leaving the project unfinished and our home disrupted. They falsely assured us our hot tub would fit without modifications, which proved to be untrue. Despite this, they refused to rectify the issue. To add insult to injury, they demanded an additional $6,000 despite already being paid in full according to their own Servicer. The quality of the work is questionable at best, and we could have achieved a superior result with a local contractor for significantly less. I strongly advise against using Patio Enclosures by Great Day Improvements. You'll likely encounter delays, shoddy workmanship, and unnecessary financial burdens.
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. What you’ve described is not the level of service, communication, or craftsmanship we strive to provide. Delays, lack of follow-through, and concerns about project accuracy or billing can understandably be frustrating, especially during a major home improvement. Your feedback is taken very seriously, and we regret the disruption and disappointment this situation has caused. Also the boss isn’t responsible or respectful to his employees. Whites consulting group runs through many employees due to this and they are untrained “professionals”.

They installed in late October 2024. My son stayed with the two older gentlemen the whole time to try to make sure the job was completed decently. They told my son that the company makes them rush to get to the next job. Reading the reviews now makes me wonder where they get their next jobs. When they were here it was a cloudy week. After the sun came out we could see several cracks where sunlight was shining through so we had to call them to have a supervisor come out to do better caulking.
When he was here we also told him about the trim they took out to do the install but they didn't install it back. We also had to buy two by fours so they could trim the outside where they demolished the old ones. They were just going to leave it that way. The sales pictures were sure different than what we received. The only way to get them to be a better company is to bring suit in small claims court. I know many people don't have time for that but their attitude would change in the future if people did. Go to a reputable builder and stay away from this company.

The patio has been completed for about a year. We designed and signed in Spring 2023. Took about 4 months to get the materials made, a month longer than their commitment. The build only took a few days. We used an existing roof and floor and replaced 40 feet of perimeter. Out with an aging screened in porch, in with a glass enclosure with 2 sliding doors. There were 2 issues with the install, screen door didn’t latch, and one sliding door was tight. Those were fixed in one visit, 2 weeks from when we called. The workmanship was very good to excellent! The room is well sealed, we use a space heater in winter and a mini split A/C to stay cool in the AZ summer. I am shocked by all the bad reviews. We got a great product, only slightly behind schedule.

I would never use this company. I had leaks many, my doors wouldn't work properly, now they are visibly uneven and my pet pig died from their negligence. Very unprofessional. They tell you what you want to hear. I had leaks the very first time it rained. My doors came without any hardware to close them and this took months to fix. They wouldn't also open properly, so they came to shave them down and did this in my yard where my pig eats. I didn't realize that's where they did it, and never cleaned up the shavings which are metal.
They shaved them uneven and it's incredibly noticeable. There were gaps in the tops where my roof and their patio meet which was never addressed for months. Which they put a cover over two of the windows on the outside so you can't see it but didn't do it all over the front which is what you see. And they never came to do that all over, it was told to me they don't so the installer did a makeshift one. Took 4 months to get two screens that didn't fit. And because of them not cleaning the metal shavings my pet pig died from eating something sharp that scratched her esophagus and got infected which caused a cyst at her larynx to rupture and choke her. I have the report from the Vet.

At the beginning of this year my wife and I decided to see if we could repair our dilapidated Sunroom built over 35 years ago. After seeking bids we found only one Contractor willing to rebuild the walls using the existing roof and foundation. The company is Patio Enclosures DBA Greatday Improvements located in Fenton Mo. The sales person representing the company was Todd Albrecht. On April 12th we signed a contract amounting to $35,381.99 financed through Greensky Loan located in Georgia. There were 3 payments to be made. April 16th a down payment of $10,614.60 was made to Greatday Improvements.
When the components of the sumroom were complete and ready to ship another payment was made by Greensky to Greatday Improvements for $10,614.50. Shortly after the second payment Elizabeth ** of Greatday Improvements called and asked if Memorial Day was okay to start construction. We said okay. On May 27th Balo Construction, a migrating out of state contractor, arrived to begin the build.
On the second day May 28th Mr. Balo informed us that the sunroom could not be completed due to missing parts, a broken window that doesn't roll correctly, and a broken lock. The flashing between the outside wall panel and the roof was also missing leaving a large gap open to the elements. The parts could take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive but a crew would arrive to place the flashing between the side panel and roof on the following Monday, On May 29th We were astounded to learn that Greatday Improvements asked Greensky for and received final payment of $14,172.59 for an unfinished sunroom.
I called Ms ** on May 31st to vigorously protest collecting final payment for a unfinished sunroom. I only got her voicemail. She never called back. I've called since and it's the same. No callback. On June 2nd the crew that was to install the flashing never arrived and we immediately knew we were dealing with a disreputable company. My calls are not returned. On June 5th I sent a written message to Greensky disputing the final payment, asking why they released the final payment. To their credit they have opened a file case on the matter and assigned a rep named Anita to the case. She explained the contract is written in favor of the business. When they ask for payment it is given. Anita explained Greensky does take action to protect the buyer when a payment is in dispute by protecting your credit rating. She has also has made calls to Greatday Improvements to no avail. They aren't returning her calls either.
Along with this complaint are photos of the incomplete work, missing window parts, and the project proposal. Photo 1 shows the trim on the interior pulling away from the wall. No anchor screw was put there showing shoddy workmanship. Photo 2 shows a broken lock on a window that doesn't open properly. During install the crew, who did not speak English, used rubber mallets to make it fit. Mr Balo who does speak English was away at another job site I assume. Photo 3 shows a window without the screen. Apparently it wasn't ordered. Photos 4 & 5 shows the gap between the outside wall panel and the roof large enough to insert my finger into. It exposes the room to outside elements.

When I called for repairs, the scheduler, Heather ** explained quite rudely that my sunroom was out of warranty & if I wanted them to come back, I’d owe $250 for their inspection! Be very careful if you decide to go with this company. Their systems are proprietary and cannot be repaired or replaced by anyone else. Here is our experience. Our enclosure is about 10 years old. We are the third owner. The former owner told us that they had a lot of trouble getting Patio Enclosures to fix one of the sliding doors and finally gave up.
We also didn’t use the one non working slider and just used the other, very heavy door until we contacted Anderson Renew to do a retrofit. When they came out to measure they informed us that no one could retrofit the doors as the frame is designed to hold up the roof and the doors are custom built and cannot be replaced by standard units.
When we phoned Patio Enclosures in Indianapolis IN, we left three messages over two weeks but were never contacted. I finally got through and scheduled a repair. I had to deposit over $600 service fee first. Two guys came out and after struggling for an hour, replaced the rollers on the working door but told us a part was required for the non working door and they woul call to reschedule once the part came in.
A month later, no call, so I went through the process again, days and days of daily calls until, finally, someone answered. The lady, Heather, set up a service appointment. On the day of the appointment the guy didn’t show. I got through to the office and was told by Heather that our service guy was sick and she forgot to call me. She set up another appointment for later in the week. Yep. He didn’t show up again. When I called, I asked to speak with their manager. Julie spoke to me and was apologetic but not sympathetic. Nevertheless she promised that the next appointment would be kept. She also promised to call ahead to confirm. You guessed it. No call. So the day of the appointment after waiting 1/2 hour passed the scheduled time I called. Heather assured me that their guy was just running late.
Two hours later, their guy showed up. He told me he had just received a call to come by to see what was wrong. Yes. If I hadn’t called that morning he would never have shown up. It gets worse folks. After struggling with the door, and with my help and several calls to Tim at the office, we were able to get the door off the tracks and inspected. One of the lock push rods was broken. Ok, so we knew that from a month ago, where was the part they ordered? Nope. No part to be ordered. The door is completely sealed. There is NO way to get in it to repair what is clearly a weak design in the locking system. A push rod made of aluminum. The only repair is a replacement of the entire sliding glass door at the cost of $10k. Needless to say, the door was put back and remains inoperable.
So if you decide to do a Patio Enclosure system from Great Days, plan on never requiring service, even if hen you need it, and you will, and never having the option of having anyone else being able to fix or repair your room. They have you over a barrel, and because of that can treat you, the customer, like dirt. And they will.
Their website is full of accolades about their management and glowing reviews. They may or may not be true. This review however, is 100% my experience and my honest impression of why their service and culture is absolutely unacceptable. Once they have sold and installed your room, you are stuck with a company that never wants to see you again.

Updated on 02/01/2025: It took 15 months to complete my sunroom. I was misled numerous times. The company failed to pull the permits multiple times. After the room was installed and it rained, I had water coming in inside my house, inside the fireplace, and inside the patio room. Turns out the contractor did not dry in the dormer nor roof the patio room itself. I paid $2800 out of pocket to get my roofer to complete the needed repairs. Unfortunately, I have water stains on my ceiling inside my house. They installed the gutters before the roofing was repaired and they leaked because there was no 1/2” overhang. The contractors who originally poured the concrete, poured the excess concrete in my backyard in two different places. Great Day will put themselves out of business eventually. Run Forest, RUN!
Original review: I contracted for a patio enclosure on October 27, 2023. It is September 2024 and the only thing done to date is a silt fence around the work area that is required by my town. First off. Signed the contract 29 May 2024. The installation is a total disaster. Caulking is a mess. A 5 year old could’ve done better after shown what and how to do it. Door frame was placed incorrectly and filled with caulk. Gaps in the trim. Trim has jagged ends perfect for harming grandchildren. Cutting Bedford stone. Windows, the corners where they are put together have gaps in them that will allow air and rain to enter. Wrong window handle/lock placement. Lock on one window was in the middle when all the rest were placed lower. One window is missing. Found razor blades from a utility knife laying on the ground, there again grandchildren could hurt themselves. What a mess!! So, the work was completed 16 July at about 9:30 PM. 17 July we took pictures of the mess and contacted Patio Enclosures.
A representative came out to survey/check the job. Started off with him having an attitude. We were told that it would be the end of August 2024 before a truck would arrive with the materials to complete the job. Not given a date they would come to complete the job. Oh they made the withdraws in a timely manner though. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They lack customer service/support, no follow-up, Quality control and a skilled work force. I will not attach a copy of the invoice.

They built the incorrect enclosure. I was supposed to have a gable roof with a chair rail at the actually chair rail height. I even told them that it needed to look the same as all the other lanais in the community, per our HOA. They submitted the incorrect plan to Pasco county, then built it with a flat roof, extremely low and uneven chair rail, and no cross wires across the back. They left it a mess as well. I spent so much time between talking to the office, the supervisor that was here for construction, their supervisor that had to come out to inspect it, and then all the other phone calls about what would happen to fix the issues. It was so stressful, especially since these calls were being made while I was at work.
They eventually tore it down and built it correctly. However, left piles of metal shavings on my patio that anyone could have cut themselves on, as well as little holes in the screen, and an uneven screen; therefore, had to come back out to fix it. I cleaned up the metal shavings myself. You would think that after all the mistakes on the first build, that this one would have been built perfectly. Due to the multiple errors and poor workmanship, I asked for a discount. I was told that since it was corrected within the time frame they had given me, I would be given no discount. Apparently customer satisfaction does not matter, as long as they get their money.

This company has been a nightmare!! The lack of workmanship, service, and follow through is absolutely despicable. We have had several supervisors and “their best workers” to come and assess all the issues needing addressed. Each person blames the other and speaks to you in a condescending way. Our last supervisor was fired so we now have another person overseeing the issues. Please note that they are given a timeframe that each project must be completed. This in turn leads to poor quality and major problems. The issues we are having now (amongst many others and too many to name) are condensation buildup on the inside patio doors (3 seasons room). We were told that there’s high humidity levels and some people have this issue depending on the location they live. Are you kidding? We had a home prior (an older home) with an all glass 3 season room and NEVER did we have this issue.
The seals are definitely broken but they are saying that this is not the case. We have had this structure for about 6 months. During the winter we had ice buildup on the inside patio windows and now it’s summer with the windows having terrible condensation buildup. We are unable to see out during the summer time or winter time. What is the point of having a 3 season room if we can’t see out of it? Unbelievable!! CAN ANYONE LET ME KNOW IF THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS? I would really like to speak with you further. We are looking into having the patio dismantled and contacting a lawyer. I want to scream on the mountain tops so everyone hears…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will be going on the BBB to report this as well. $75k for a complete mess and stress!

First, there are 2 stars because we have loved our sunroom. It is one of the most used rooms in our home. If we didn't love it, there would be one star. I contacted Patio Enclosures in Mar-April 2023 regarding the soggy flooring in my sunroom built in Nov 2019. There's seldom anyone available to answer the phone and there is almost never anyone available to discuss a warranty issue with. I've been repeatedly promised that repairs would be completed and no one ever delivers. On July 2, 2023 PE was finally scheduled to disassemble the room and correct the flooring problem, then reinstall. Instead they cut a hole in the floor to see what was underneath, covered it with plywood (see my profile picture), & left saying it had to be elevated to the next level for repair.
Mike ** - one of the supervisors made my day when he returned my call in late Jul-early Aug to tell me "we are waiting on the concrete guy to free up on a job in Indiana. He'll come measure & give us an estimate for the flooring, then we'll schedule everything." The concrete guy never came, no one ever called. I've left several messages for Justin ** who's the PE district supervisor - no response. Today, after calling several of their area numbers, I reached a very professional scheduler (Theresa) in KY who said they had my warranty work on the schedule to disassemble and reassemble the sunroom between Sep 12-14.
I asked, "so when is the concrete being poured?" She said they were installing another deck (aka wooden floor). I rebuked & she agreed to contact Bill (who was supposed to call me about my job 1.5 wks ago, but hasn't and PE won't give me his number) to see when the concrete was being poured. Theresa called back to say the concrete guy is so booked up so he can't get here until Sep 18 and they don't have a rebuild date for me after the concrete is poured. So now, we'll have a nasty muddy, snake & bug mess to deal with in hopes that the concrete guy comes through this time.
It seems that no one is at the helm in this company. It is so upsetting that my warranty work is on the back burner like they're hoping I'll vanish. When I'm able to speak with anyone in PE, they are professional & courteous but it's like a giant loop of errors, misinformation, misleading information completely devoid work. When my warranty work is satisfactorily completed, I'll happily return to upgrade my rating, but for now, I have to pay for an expensive sunroom that is unusable and an invitation to termites!

Our patio enclosure roof has significant structural issues. Severe sagging of the roof and headerbeam is sagging too. The Rep. quoted a huge price to fix it. I did have the regional rep come out and look at it but he said he was surprised it lasted as long as it did. Apparently has the same issue with the older patio enclosures due to compressed cardboard used as support within the roof panels. They now use an aluminum extruded support system to prevent sagging which he quoted me $35,000 to fix the issue. Why isn't this covered in the transferable warranty?

I asked for my money back, but they declined to reimburse me, holding back $1000 for “administrative fees”. 6 months later I am still fighting to get resolution on this. Beware of this company! Yesterday was supposed to be joyful, as the deck and sunroom was to be completed. They are getting their $$$, but that’s the only thing organized about this “company”. EVERYONE is subcontracted, mostly out of town. Won’t find a Google review, because they don’t DO Google. I know why… Next stop BBB.
Original review: This company is actually a myriad of subcontractors, so good luck with communication. Mine are from out of town. Oh, and they lie to you while they screw you, disrespectfully, by one. But they all lie, so it’s all disrespectful. But they get their $$, because it’s all been prearranged, just like the job was… My yard is trashed, use of my driveway is limited, my blood pressure is off the charts, and I can’t believe anyone. We obtained the service of this company to replace our existing 3 season room. The experience was not pleasant. Had them come out to take measurements in September 2021. Work didn't start till July 2022. The crew they sent to start the demo were unprofessional, they Google and Youtubed on how to demo and build a sunroom. My next door neighbor who does construction for a living had to show the crew how to pour the footings and set the posts.
You could tell the crew didn't take pride in their work, leaving exposed wood on the decking not notching out the trim that went around an outlet. When asked if you were going to leave it like that we were like no it's not in the plans and if we wanted those made would be extra cost. After a lot of kicking and screaming they corrected the issues. Becky one of the project supervisor stopped taking my call. Only through email customer service. Wasn't pleasant at all, at one point a crew didn't show up for almost 2 weeks when inquired why were told that they were having a hard time getting people to come work. Highly do not recommend this company. Do your homework if you want a 3 season sunroom.

My room is still leaking and they have been here numerous times. Got home last night and a big puddle of water. I have had flooring in my living room for 9 months. Aug 8, 2021. We had our initial install done on or about 2 May 2021. At that time, they were unable to complete the job due to a lack of trim pieces to enclose the 1 – 2” gap above the window and door units. The installers stated that the trim pieces were not part of their parts list and would have to be ordered. On 13 June 2021, a crew arrived to finish the trim and make adjustments. They did not have factory trim the first crew referenced. They made their own trim pieces from coiled facia trim. Our enclosure is located 9’ above grade and your crew brought no ladders. They made and installed the trim hanging out the window opening, fastening what they could reach, and leaving unattached what they could not reach.
They did not insulate the 1 – 2” gap before installing the trim. What would be the advantage of insulated glass if you do not insulate the gaps? They stated that one of the window sliders was missing their wheels. They did not have any and they would have to be ordered. The sliding door and screen does not work properly. It binds at about 4” open. They said it could not be adjusted due to not enough clearance between top and bottom rails. Bottom rollers where in as far as they would go.
On 26 June 2021, one of the pieces of trim blew out at 90 degrees from the wall due to not being properly fastened. As of today, 8/9/2021 we have had nothing but promises from Aundrea **, Operations Administrator, Great Plans Office, Addison TX. The sliding door will not open at all now, completely seized. Most times we call the phone call goes unanswered or to voice mail we no call back. The overall product seems good, but the installers are lacking, and the customer service is non-existing. I have contacted Great Day Improvements on their site with no return contact. I would not recommend using this company. Over 3 months with no end in sight.

In my OPINION, I would NEVER recommend folks out there to SIGN UP ANY CONTRACTS with PATIO ENCLOSURES/DALLAS. because once you do that, that's it, you'll be caught in their web of lies. PLEASE READ their REVIEWS on Facebook, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs BEFORE going with them. You'll only be DISAPPOINTED if you DON'T!!
Patio Enclosures of Dallas is ONLY INTERESTED in getting your contract and MONEY - post contract signing, you'll have a REALLY HARD/TOUGH TIME with PATIO ENCLOSURES' office crew in Dallas. They NEVER picked up our phones and the salesperson (Larry **) too will NEVER returned our phone calls. Back in Jan/2021, after viewing an AD on the web about Patio Enclosures in Dallas/Addison area, we called their toll-free number in Macedonia, Ohio corporate office to arrange for an review/design and give us an estimated cost of labor+materials of installing Patio Enclosure on one-side of our patio at the back of our house.
A salesperson by the name of Larry ** from their Patio Enclosures Dallas/Addison office was scheduled in January 2021 and arrived at our home to give us a review and design details. He gave us a good impression on his iPad - off course he was using some kind of CAD/CAM online software to do that - what the final product would look like. A fixed glass door pane on one end with sliding glass pane door to the the left and moveable screen door on the outside. We're impressed with what he showed us. So he insisted that we sign a contract now because the cost price could change - basically pushing into doing so - and so instead of "sleeping" over the decision making process, we went ahead a signed a contract with Patio Enclosures in Dallas. We made a BIG MISTAKE!!!
Over a period of next 7 months we had nothing but MAJOR PROBLEMS in communicating with the Patio Enclosures/Dallas office staff so much so that I'd to call their corporate HQ office in Macedonia, Ohio and complain about their Dallas office crew's complacency to their Customer Service to a lady by the name of "Jackie" - She only gave me her first name. She told me that she'll escalate this matter and inform all the persons in the chain in their office of this matter. It took several months of back and forth between us and their Ohio office to get things moving. I even talked to their COO - Chief Operating Officer - by the name of "Drew Weinfurtner" in the corporate office to keep on complaining about the staff issues in their Dallas office. He told me he'll look into this matter and someone from the Dallas office will get in touch with you.
The major problems with their Dallas office crews was they NEVER picked up their phones and so leaving a voice mail did NOT do much good to impress them to do a follow up. And when someone did return our call, they ALWAYS LIED to us or made some kind EXCUSES about our Patio Enclosure. "They didn't put door or panel or glass on the truck from Ohio and so that's why we haven't been able to come out to your place to get your work done." Several times appointments were made and went by without any installers ever showing up at out home. The Dallas office crew would NEVER call to tell us to inform us as to why their crew NEVER turned up at our home.
Finally, after when the COO from their corporate office got involved with our project, that's when things started rolling in the right direction but it took them 7 months to complete a mediocre size small project. Lastly, as I mentioned earlier, I would NEVER RECOMMEND folks to have their Patio Enclosure or Sunroom be NSTALLED by Patio Enclosires of Dallas.

The last I heard from my "point of contact" was they would reach out when the materials came in. In 2007 we purchased a solarium from Patio Enclosures. The quality was excellent and the solarium is the favorite room in our home. We’ve had very few problems. We have had only two minor water leaks that were repaired by Patio Enclosures with caulking at no expense to us. Recently, we discovered that one of the curved sections of glass has a water leak between the two panes of glass. We contacted Patio Enclosures’ service department in Cleveland. We expected that a service call would be scheduled and the repair would be made at no expense. Our contract has the same words Patio Enclosures uses today that we have a lifetime warranty. Our contract specifically says that Patio Enclosure warrants any glass breakage or leaks as long as we own our home.
We were shocked to learn that Great Day Improvements purchased the Patio Enclosures name in 2015 and are not standing behind any warranty issued prior to that acquisition. Any repair would be at our expense. A replacement panel would cost $3000. But there is a problem. Coincidently, Patio Enclosures had just been told the day before our call that their supplier of curved glass panels would no longer supply the panels and that there are no other suppliers in the world. Our only option was to have all our curved glass panels replaced with flat panels. That, of course, would mean a major rebuild of the entire solarium including the replacement of the major aluminum framing. The cost would be well north of $10,000. (Our solarium cost $26,000 in 2007.)
This tells me that the current promise of a lifetime warranty in Patio Enclosure ads and on their website is worthless. Great Day Improvements will most likely walk away from any recent warranties once they become a burden. We will now be searching the internet for someone who can repair our panel. With all the dual panel glass in the world there has to be a technology available for removing the moisture between the panels, injecting an inert gas, and resealing the panel. Apparently, Great Day Improvements (aka Patio Enclosures) cannot be bothered with repairs.

My design consultant did no such thing. Do you know the saying, “The customer is always right?” I, along with my friend who was with me during the consultation, don’t remember being shown two samples at all. I SPECIFICALLY chose the double-pane glass as that was the only sample I was shown. MAYBE if the job was done well, there would be less problems here, but that isn’t even the case. There are so many mistakes around the borders, the screws are out of place, and the cocking job is horrific. I’d also like to add I was never shown a copy of the contract prior to the agreement and the design consultant signed my name for me herself. SHE signed MY name and took it upon herself to fill in everything in the contract without letting me see it first.
Any time I sign my name, I write “Won In” and initial “W. I.” but on the contract, my name was written “In Won” and initialed “I. W.” My friend and I are native to Korea and English is not our first language. However, we fully understood everything during the meeting and I am beginning to believe this company, or its employees, are prejudice against people of different backgrounds and are trying to take advantage of their customers. Your business pamphlet states, “Congratulations. You have just made one of the best investments for your home...” However, this situation has proven to be the worst business encounter I’ve ever experienced and I regret not being smarter about putting my trust into your company.

Come to find out we are going to end up spending more than we wanted to to get a unit installed for heating and air. We told the sales person exactly what we wanted and went with his recommendations. Never do that again.
The Workmanship on the room is a disgrace. My husband asked pretty much everyday... “what did we spend so much money on? What cost so much?” We had to call and have somebody come out twice so far to fix things (not even a month after installation). The third time something needed fixed we were told it’s not covered under warranty and would cost us. I sent a message stating that is fine. We will pay. We just want the issue fixed... It has done nothing but leak, doors freeze shut, the wall & windows are misaligned, and poorly insulated so that it’s always hot or cold in the space. When I originally called and shared photos of my problems and concerns with our local office and headquarters to get some assistance their answer was to send the same crew out to do more work on my home. I refused since their work was poor at best. They refused to lower my bill, give any type of financial help, or forgiveness to help reconcile their mistakes claiming there was a clause in their contract which states they aren’t responsible for the rest of the home when they attach their work to existing home structures. I felt as if I was talking to someone who actually enjoyed their job. Great value for the money that was payed. From its looks you'd think it would be more expensive. High quality and affordable. You can't beat that!

I really enjoy sitting on it in the summertime in the later afternoons. The building quality is wonderful. Our sun room has really saved on our energy bill as well. At least several hundred dollars. I would recommend this to anyone that would like to save money. The customer service experience was terrific. WE had no problems at all. And everything went through smoothly. It has really improved our quality of life. As it adds a lot of beauty to our home as well as our life. I would recommend it to anyone that would like to add quality to their life as well.

Everything that was used was exactly what I wanted and when it arrived I was completely satisfied with the stability, texture and looks of it. Very energy efficient. Sun panels and efficient windows were a no brainer. There is no extra heating costs for this addition. Everything was also very easy to install. They answered every question with complete knowledge. I never felt they were unsure about anything and I never felt like they were annoyed or bothered by my numerous questions. This project was extremely cost efficient. There have been no extra costs associated with adding extra space into the house. This is one time not paying a lot was actually worth the investment.

Glass and mesh screening. It keeps the bugs out. Helps keep drafts out. Has a gable roof aluminum frame. Good quality products and it is very nice. I love it. Very energy efficient. Cool in summer and comfortable in winter. Saves on electric because you don't use as much of the air conditioner because the sunroof helps keep it cooler. Very helpful in picking what type of enclosure you're looking for and explaining how the setup works and how to save money. If you need questions answered they are there for you. It's a great value I think by saving. Not having to use the air conditioner as much and same with your heater you don't have to turn the heat way up because the enclosure helps keep drafts out heat in.

It was a beautiful 3 wall room adjacent to the back porch. All glass with a window box seal. I could sit in there for hours. The three walls were metal over wood for safety and plate glass plates. It was really warm in the summer months. The winter months it was warm enough to sit out in and enjoy scenery. Id prefer to curl up on the bench seat in a blanket and read a book. It wasn't as perfect as I wanted but they were thorough. The room was ok and up to par, some of the designs I wanted couldn't be incorporated at that time but I'm sure in the future there's possibility. Until I had kids, that room was my sanctuary. lol after we ended up selling the house because it was just too much work to keep up with kids.
