My experience with Roadway was outstanding from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was the communication throughout the entire process. The team kept me informed leading up to pickup and delivery, which made the move feel organized and stress free. The movers treated my belongings as if they were their own, taking great care to properly wrap, protect, and handle everything. They were equally mindful of my home, protecting floors, walls, and entryways to ensure nothing was damaged during the move. Every team member was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. Moving can be so overwhelming, but Roadway made the experience seamless. Their level of care, customer service, and communication truly exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

I saw the reviews and decided to go with Roadway Moving. Adrian, the first person I spoke with, was great, and the communication was easy. We did a FaceTime with a coordinator for the inventory and quote, and it was straightforward. I was surprised, though, that the original quote and the final cost were quite different. Although it was reasonable, it could have been clearer. It seemed to be based on square footage or cubic volume, but it was hard to tell.

Roadway Moving has been fantastic for my family on two separate occasions. The first time I used them was during an apartment move, and I was honestly blown away by how seamless they made the entire process. The movers were punctual, careful with every item, efficient, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Moving is usually stressful, but they made it feel easy.

We Google searched the most trustworthy movers in New York and Roadway was at the top of every list. I did some research on the website and then got a quote. The rep had me walk around my apartment. I didn’t have that much I needed to take with me but it also changed. So, I called back a couple of times and he changed it for me whenever I needed to add or take something off. So, it was super easy. He was very helpful and made me feel very reassured because I was very stressed out in my move. He made it seem like the whole process was gonna be taken care of.

Moving is always stressful, which is why it's so important to hire good movers! This was my 2nd local move with Roadway and both times I was so impressed by how punctual and efficient the movers were, not to mention their overall professionalism and friendliness. Both moves went as smooth as you could hope for and it was due to their high level of experience. I appreciated how organized and thorough they were, whether its was expertly dissembling/assembling furniture, wrapping up furniture to ensure they were safely transported, making sure boxes were labeled, so they knew where to put them, and offering to take away empty boxes after the move. I was also grateful for how friendly they were to my dog who was around during the move. They even managed to make it a pleasant experience for him by always taking a moment to pet him when they passed by him, despite how busy they were!

Roadway Moving did such a great job moving our stuff, they disassembled our really tough furniture to build and put it back together perfectly. Everything was in great condition when they were done and put exactly where we needed it. Could not have done this move without them!

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and it was significantly better than my previous experiences with other companies. First of all I was surprised the estimate didn’t change with the final cost which is a common issue with moving. The team was very communicative. The movers were thorough, careful, but fast!

I did a little research and I met someone who used Roadway Moving and found that they were great. And it was true. The service was exactly what the rep said it was gonna be. The two guys were friendly and flexible. Things changed a little bit, but it worked out well. I would use Roadway again and recommend them to anyone. But it's not inexpensive, so if you don't have to move anything very valuable, you could use someone else. But if you have stuff that's valuable and you want your move to go well, you should go with Roadway.

I will only use Roadway for my moves they are the best ever hands down. They did my full move in under 6 hours and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Everything was seamless and I could not reccomend them enough!!! 10/10 always.

Moved with Roadway recently and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. The team was efficient, careful, and treated every piece of furniture like it was their own. They packed and unpacked everything (closet, bed, couch, you name it) with so much care, and made what should have been the hardest part of our move feel easy

Probably the easiest move I have ever done and it was from Pittsburgh, PA to Los Angeles, CA. The crew was awesome which made it a much better experience. Highly recommend for anyone moving across the country or even for local moves.

We moved from Houston to Dallas recently, and everything went extremely well. The guys were really friendly and super hard working. Great communication, even when the move-in was at 7am. Highly recommend if you want a top-tier service that's affordable.

I had an excellent experience with roadway from beginning to end. They had exceptional communication and customer service. They constantly checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. They helped me with packing and assembly as well, which was great since I’m not very handy lol! They were also extremely organized. Nothing but positive things to say about them, and will definitely use them for future moves!

I had an amazing experience with Roadway. I used them at the end of May which is a very high season for me. So it was nice to know I can rely on them to move me while I worked. They really made moving smooth, efficient, and easy. Would recommend!!

Great experience. The company is super communicative before and after the move so you know what to expect on moving day. I opted for self-packing so all I had to do was request Roadway boxes and fill them up. The movers handled the big stuff (mattress, wardrobe) and brought everything down an 3 floor walk up. My husband and I recently used Roadway Moving for our local move and had a really great experience with Antonio and Jack. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. They took great care of our things and made sure everything got moved safely. They wrapped all of our furniture, packed our wardrobe, and handled everything with care. They also went above and beyond by helping us unpack some things and set up our rugs and smaller items in the new apartment. Having them help with those extra things took a lot off our plates and made moving day run much more smoothly. We really appreciated all of their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Roadway Moving had better reviews online, and seemed a bit more premium. We used them for two moves. We did one local move within Brooklyn, so it was very close. We later used them for getting some furniture from Boston to New York. They were good. I liked the moving crew a lot. They're very good and very strong. They did a lot faster than we could have done it. During the move, I was not at either location, and one item was forgotten in Boston which was probably my stepdad's fault, but they went back and picked it up for no extra charge. That was nice. They said, “It was our fault, we'll take it.” I said, “Okay. Great.”

I chose Roadway Moving based on the services they provided and the cost. My move was from Dallas to Houston, which was about 300 miles, and I also needed overnight storage for one day. The rep was very helpful, especially since I had a lot of changes. The expectations she set were also very accurate. On moving day, the crew was very helpful and efficient. They seemed very prepared for both pickup and delivery. Overall, it was a great move, and I would recommend and use them again in the future.

I haven’t heard a single person say movers were not worth it so I knew I had to hire a moving company for the next stage in my life. The team made my moving anxiety disappear the second they came. They were super kind and professional, Roadway came and unassembled my furniture for me. They even retaped my boxes for me so everything was secure. I moved out of my studio the same day so they even made a second stop for me. We started at 9am and we were done by 3pm and I was blown away by how fast they were.

I hired Roadway Moving for a full package and delivery service and I could not be more satisfied! The movers came in about 15 minutes early, gauged how much stuff I had, and got straight to packing my things away. I'm very pleased at the movers' care that they put into my furniture so that nothing gets damaged and their efficiency. They were also very nice and the entire team is super easy to work with! This was my 4th move with Roadway and another smooth move! Their crews are efficient, kind, and careful with your items. They disassembled/reassembled our bed frames and wardrobe, and even helped bring a few things going to storage to our car. They always go above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

It’s my second time using Roadway and they make the process easy as pie! They dropped off boxes and bubble wrap a week in advance, I packed up my the small items in my apartment like clothes, books and kitchen items, and they took care of the rest. The team at Roadway took the shelves off my wall, carefully wrapped my dining table and hauled my many, many boxes of kitchen supplies out of my apartment. Nobody likes moving, but it was much less of a hassle having helping hands from Roadway Moving. Roadway Moving is truly the best out there. I have used them twice before. One for a long distance move from LA and another within Manhattan. Each time they have taken such amazing care of my belongings and have moved everything with great care. I will only be using Roadway Movers moving forward as they are truly the best in the industry. On move in day, they were scheduled to arrive at 9 am and I was already moved out by 10:15 am. I have never experienced a faster move before. I feel so at ease with their assistance during my move!

This was hands down the easiest move I’ve ever had. I went with Roadway’s packing and unpacking service and it completely changed the experience for me. They packed everything so carefully, handled all of my belongings with so much attention to detail, and made the entire process feel effortless. I didn’t have to stress about a single thing.
